I'm glad there is a thread like this!

I have been stuck between 175-172 for about two weeks now, this morning I weighed in at 170.8 and I'm ecstatic. The 160's feel so attainable now!

The only thing I can think of that I did different is I have started using the Slimquick appetite control drink packets in my water. I only use one but I find them very strong so I'm always adding more water and drinking throughout the day. It may be the thing I need to push me forward again, I was considering doing a cleanse as well.

Let's see if I can make it! I'm rooting for all of you

I'm at 174 right now. I've been doing a ton of exercise - today that included walking through Vienna in the heat and humidity. And I just wasn't very hungry, so it was easy to stay OP when we did go out to eat. I had a little ice cream after, but the number still fell on the scale. I was 177 a couple of days ago, but since I plateaued around 181 for a while maybe this is the number catching up. I'll keep an eye on it, and I won't be shocked if the number creeps back up a bit, but for now I'm hopeful that the 174 is part of a continuing downward trend!

Congrats bikinidreamer - can't wait to see you there!

I just came out of the 180s a few days ago - it literally took me two weeks to lose two pounds, so I'm looking into pushing a little harder with my workouts and focusing a little more on what I'm putting into my mouth. I really want to lose more like two pounds a week.

Today was my official weigh-in. 175.4!! I was so glad to see that number. I've been at 176-177 for weeks. Hope it sticks.

178.6 still. Boo. I was really hoping to cruise through here! I want to see 160's by July 10, but its not looking good. I will take 169.9 happily! But here I sit. Have a week of workouts planned out, hopefully I can keep my food in check this week. Hubby leaves Wed for a week, and those weeks always go better for me!

The needle of the scale was between 77 and 78, so 171 today, so close! Getting out of the 180 took me months, but the 170 seem very much agreeable! <3 Can't wait to join all those chicks that are off to the 160's!

Welp, I'm hovering in the 173s for now. It's closer than I was before though! I'm hoping to see 169 by the start of July!
