So I haven't posted in a while, but I am ready to start losing again. This morning I was at 175.0 and I am about to go on the south beach diet. Last time I did it, I lost about 6 pounds in the first week, but I gave up soon after. I'm also gonna start working out again, my roommate's been pushing me there. I am just starting to freak out a little cuz summer seems so close and I have a ways to go before I'll feel good wearing short shorts.

I'm ready for the 160's...
