Things have definitely slowed down a bit here. I'm still hoping to push hard through summer and then I will be ok with a slowdown. It wasn't supposed to slow down yet!!

New to the site!!! Weighed today 229 lbs. Goal for 104 lb. loss (no time frame). I realize that as important as diet and exercise are for achieving my goal, I also need to change my mindset. I am utilizing positive affirmations, surrounding myself with supportive positive people and listening to my intuition - no longer doubting myself, goals or progress because someone may disagree with my approach or jealous of my progress. I am very excited to honor my body by becoming healthy!! Yea!!
I would really like to reach my first goal by the end of August! My current weight (un-officially) is around 209 pounds so I have 13 pounds to lose! I'm really cranking it up so I can finally see that scale go under 200 pounds! I weigh in every second Saturday so it will be one week until I change my ticker! It should be for the better as I am being extra careful with my eating habits and making good use of my treadmill! Under 200 is a dream and I planning on achieving it!
I have gained 20 Lbs from my lowest weight of 193.6 time to get back on plan tomorrow. Going out for my sister-in-law's birthday today. Good Luck, Everyone!
I just broke into the group by a pound. Hit 219 this morning, but official weigh day is Monday's so I am not going to claim it until this Monday and it sticks for certain.
Lost - 51.4 lbs so far - just a hair over 1/3 of the way to my goal.
SW - 270.4
Current - 219
Goal - 130
thanks for the welcome Envelope! I'm holding off weighing until Monday which is my official weigh day. I tend to get off kilter with water consumption on weekends which plays with the scale. At least that's what I tell myself
Keep working it, hope that drop is a permanent one!
