I am down two pounds from last week when I weighed....YAY! I am now 207! We are on our way.

uclr, lyn, callluna, warmaiden, lucidpths, knobbdy - getting close to onederland.

Here I am with my new suitcase and happy smile -- boarding the ONEDERLAND EXPRESS! 209 this morning!!
Also, another milestone ... I now fall into the "lowest" category of obese ... the next category is simply "overweight" which I will hit at 180.

BMI categories: Normal 18.5 - 24.9; Overweight 25.0 - 29.9; Obesity 30.0 – 34.9; Extreme Obesity 35.0 – 39.9; Morbid Obesity 40 or higher

As for me. pout.pout.pout....

I'm in the 204/205 bounce. 205 this morning. I "know" it's an exercise-related gain as I've been super good about calories, but I ran/lifted Monday night and ran for 45 minutes last night. Legs sore this morning. I KNOW that's why. But still. UGH....

Still, I'm inspired by UCLR's 201.8. Definitely something to look forward to!

So, I'll keep on chugging!

war maiden...i think we are on the same car. Still sitting at 203...I'm praying for a whoosh! I'm so tired of seeing the same number on the scale everyday! I wasn't prepared for a plateau JUST before onderland!
