Congratulations to all the losers this week! I am down another 2 lbs after 4 last week! I think I am finally getting back on track. I know I feel the difference in the way some clothes fit. I even fixed my tracker weight. I am on vac. today and have the wkend off. Nice after working all last week end. Hope everyone has a great WI and a great week end......Sis
I lost 1.4 lbs...again..lol! I seem to lose the same every week? Lord...It is HARD work doing this. I have been busting my butt! Now...if I can just get to the point where I consider EVERY calorie I put in my mouth and the imagine how long on the Stairmaster it will take me to burn. THEN I will be onto something...lol! So easy going in...so HARD comming off. 40 minutes-1 hour on the Stairmaster...4-5 times a week....SO not worth it! I just I just get impatient and want it all gone NOW! I know...I know...it took a while to come on...it's gonna take a while comming off! I started weight training yesterday...I think I'll do 3 days a week.

Tina637, you are going in the right direction. You're really into your exercising. that's fantastic! Maybe your slow loss is due to muscle weight gain. I'm no expert but the leaders always say that.
Sis, you really are on a roll. Enjoy today and the weekend off. Do you have anything special planned---like sleeping???
You may be right, Tina. As weird as it sounds...I always lose more weight when I don't excersice(sp?)...lol..! However, I always look better at a higher weight when I work out! Working out..I HATE IT! But do it anyway. Keeps me more focused and I feel better. I'm worth that 40 minutes a day.

Tina637, congrats on the weight loss. Your doing great! Be patient iwht the weight loss, if you lose too quickly , your less likely to keep it off!! Let us know nhow the weight training goes.
Tinas, I am the opposite I loss when I exercise, I have been a slacker this week so far, really need ot get back inot it..ITS HARD. im actually can see my body take on new form when I stick to exercise,

Hi,
Men usually do lose faster because (I've heard) they have more muscle mass usually than women. That's a good reason to do some light weight training if you can, they say muscle is more "calorie-hungry" than fat so if we can turn some fat into muscle we'll look better and lose faster.
Also, sometimes it's good to look back at the overall picture, if you're up or stay the same in a week, look at your overall. You're probably down over the long run, that can help you stay motivated.
