Hi,
Sis, congrats on that loss. We're so glad your computer is fixed. I used to be on ours all the time. My husband rarely gets on ours after working with one all day.
And, your husband is really something. An early present, even.
Motts........good going!!!!!
Tammy, I like your idea of pizza Monday night. I may have to mention that to Larry.
Well last week I'm down another pound, so got my first 5# award. Didn't get as much exercise in this past week, but doing more around the house....does emptying run-in sheds, about 12 wheelbarrow loads, cut grass, moved wood pile count?
Equestrian---congratulations on that loss!!!!!!
Yep, I think you did a little bit of exercise. I got tired just reading what you did. Keep up the good work.
Hey everyone. I kind of lurked this summer, but haven't visited the forums since then. I started weight watchers 15 weeks ago, and up until today I'd only maintained a loss of 5 pounds, which was a bid frusterating, but "so it goes."
Anyway, Tuesdays are my weigh in days, and I lost two pounds and I'm really interested on a.) keeping it off and b.) loosing two pounds next week. I'm going to the gym tomorrow and Thursday, but I haven't been since last Thursday. I keep getting thwarted with my increasingly busy schedule.
Congrats to everyone who lost. I'm sure you are all really interesting and I appreciate your support, in advance. Everyone is so friendly!
Hi Pseudobrilliance, Welcome to the thread. You are really determined and I think that's great. Keep coming here and tell us how you're doing.
I now how hard it is not losing anything. Exercising seems like the only thing that gets me going.
Take it easy!
Tina
Well weigh day and I am up 1.5 lbs But I know what I did wrong, so I'm gonna get back on track. Tonight I have aerobics class so that'll give me a heads up Plus I have been walking on my treadmill for at least 1/2 hr to an hour every day. Gee maybe that 1.5 lbs is muscle?
I'm up .2 lbs this week but, I agree with Motts, it must be muscle ... it certainly can't be the chocolate I ate and the wine I drank on Valentine's Day
Hi all,
It's almost time for me to get on the ole scales. I'm really looking forward to it this week. No, I'm not crazy. I've been working hard so far this week.
Good luck to everyone.
Tina
.
Tina, you are scaring me!! You are excited to get on the scales?????????????? lol I know you've been working hard.
I was brave this morning and got on them a couple days early. I felt that I had gained even more over the weekend, so I thought I'd take a peak. I was the same! No loss, no gain. Maybe I'll lose what I gained by Thursday. I think it was 3 pounds, but I can't remember.
sounds like everyone is having a great week. I have had some mishaps but I feel confident about my continuing struggle. Hubby brought home GS cookiesw yesterday, I have been real good not to even open the box. I am continuing to exercise( I have been doing Tae-Bo tapes) Alternating one day the 8 minute workout and the next day teh 25 minute one. I don't have a gym membership or any exercise equipment so far now, this will ahve to do. I am trying to drink water --and lots of it. I ahve stayed within my points this wek. but also have used all of my flex points so I am hoping to see somethng on the scale tomorrow. Talk to you soon.
