Susan, have a wonderful time in San Antonio. We will miss you--unless you will have acess to a computer and can keep in touch.
Anyway, have a great time with your family and wish your mother Happy Birthday from all our group.

Mimi,
I love your February goal tracker.
And, thanks for the advice. I'm trying to drink more water, too.

Tim handed over Jessica's letters to him last night. From those we know they haven't "gone all the way". That makes me feel better, but I'm still very upset with both of them. They aren't going to be seeing each other except at school for a while. Both sets of parents are encouraging them to go out with their friends and possibly date other people. If they are meant to be together in the future, that will happen. Jess will be going to college in the fall, so that should help matters.

Ok. HOW DO YOU GET 2 TRACKER THINGIES AT THE BOTTOM? (Here I go again!)
I feel better about no weigh loss this week. I have cramps this morning. Being happy about cramps is a weird thing, right?

I think that since I don't go back to school until the 14th, Susan should take me to San Antonio with her!! Good idea?

The same way you put the first one on, go make a new one, copy, and then below or above the one you have, paste the code. It should work. Anyways, get ready for this...I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes, that was 6 MILES! Wowzers! Tonight I am having a dinner out of a weight watchers cookbook.

Excellent riding! Some of the people at the health club I use to go to set a goal destination ie. Paris, France and figured out the miles to get there. Just an idea! That was for walkers, but bike riders would get there even sooner!!!!

Meagan, I'll try to get another thingy added, but not right now. lol Good for you on riding the bike! I should just get my book and head for the basement right now. Or maybe in the morning.

Mimi, I'll have to come up with miles to travel someplace and give that a try! Is the end of my driveway too short?

Yay!The idea of making a goal of riding to a place, without leaving the gym, is a great idea. I could start out with small goals, like to the city a couple miles over, and just keep adding it up until a year has passed! Next weeks goal will be 16 miles. Today's Neko's birthday (one of my cats, the one in my avatar),think it is a good enough excuse to eat some chips and dip? lol

Happy Birthday to Neko. You didn't tell us how old he is. My Smokey is 15 years old.
No, I'd bake him a birthday cake and eat it for him.
Save the chips and dip for the Super Bowl.
Is anyone going to watch it? I'm not "into" football.

Neko is 2 years old today. Our oldest cats are only 5 years old. They all got a pouch of wet food, and Neko got a new toy that Prada stole (our Shih Tzu pup). We will probably watch the super bowl, just for the commercials and half time show.

We'll probably watch the game. One of the local "boys" plays for the Patriots. Matt Light. His mom was Tim's music teacher in elementary school. I also used to hang out with her at Curves when I was going.

The way I feel today, I think I'm going to have to move that butterfly back to the beginning! Talk about bloated!

I'm ready to go to bed. Tim works until 11 though, and I'll wait up for him. Silly?

Scout Sunday at church tomorrow. I'm sure Tim forgot. He plays in the band at church, so now he'll have to be there even earlier and wear his Scout uniform. Have to remember to pick up my nephews on the way. My brother and SIL don't go to church, and the boys have gone with us a few times.

Hi,
Tammy, how was church today? I hope you didn't have to rush too much and make yourself hurt. It's great that you will take your nephews.
Sis, where have you been, girl????

Here I am writing to y'all while The Game is on. I have it tuned in so I can watch the commercials.
It's been really nice weather today. I've got on my socks but no shoes. We were supposed to have rain but it didn't show up. Yea!
I hope everyone is having a good evening. Watch out for the chips and queso. That really sounds good about now. I guess it's time for supper.

I have done bad like always this weekend. But I am not worrying because once again I will start tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I am getting up and working out again. This weeks mile goal is 16, I am hopefully going 5 days this week. As you can see I added my mileage to my signature. I always feel better being able to "see" what I am doing. I already put gold stars on my calendar whenever I work out. Lets hope I get a call for an interview this week. I really need a job!

Church was nice. The sermon was a good one. The scouts did a skit, which led them into their fund raiser introduction. They are desperate for new tents. They need at least
10, and they are at least $200 each. They will be selling subs and pretzels. Yummy!

I had a bagel for supper with some peanut butter on it. The dog and I just shared a small bowl of cheese crackers. I've done OK on the food today.

I loved the commercial where they sang "Tomorrow". I had read about that one in the paper, so I was hoping to see it.

Meagan, what kind of a job are you looking for? Best of luck to you!!!
I like your mileage under the signature.
