i hear ya kim! thats how i kept feelin last week from all the stress but i stuck to just doin as much as i could even if it was less time bc somethin is better than nuttin'

hang in there!! its worth it! just think of your trip!!! therell be challenges on here to keep you goin from now til then both monthly&long term so thatll help keep you goin. its how i won the aug. forum challenge.

Thanks for the support andreaphilip3. I just done my 40 minutes on the elliptical and I'm not as tired as I thought I would be. I may even go for a walk after supper.

Even my son's homework is done so I don't have that to worry about. YAHHHHH!!!!

have you considered amino acid pills? cuz i feel great now and i started em cuz i was gettin tired

kim do you follow biggest loser at all? just wondered cuz as of next week we are startin a wt loss group for its duration and id love for you to join us bc your a very posiive motivator

I follow The Biggest Loser on the net but I don't get it with my Sat. package. I would love to join the challenge. I just noticed you had started a thread for it. I'll have to post in it.

Sounds like everyone is getting closer and closer to those Sept. goals! Congrats! Doing pretty well here. Although it was difficult this week...lots going on. I did stay op though. I weigh in this morning, so we'll see how it goes. I don't have a scale in the house, so really have no clue what that scale will say until weigh in day. I am down a pants size. YAHOOO!!

Great Job Lynn - I hope you took measurements when you started. That's a huge help when your scale doesn't tell you what your body does (that you lost a pant size)

I learned/remembered a valuable lesson last night. Write everything down as you eat it or even before!!!!! I'm cruising right along. Had my dinner (which I pre-planned and threw in the crockpot). It tasted really good and I had extra points so I ate another helping. Still had 2 pts left so I got my milk in. Was at my pts for the day and thought. Hmmm, maybe 2 cookies. Ate those and took away another 4 pts from my 35 flex points (they are dwindling). Went to bed. Woke up this morning and remembered that I ate popcorn yesterday that I forgot to write down!!!! YIKES - and I'm going out to lunch today with a friend so I was hoping that those flex points would help a little for that. I still have some pts but dang, I wouldn't have eaten those cookies last night - ggggrrrr.

MUST REMEMBER TO WRITE AND BITE!!!!!

How's it going andreaphilip, Zhai-Lynn?

Congrats Zhai on the smaller pants size. Nothing feels better than when you have a smaller size and more clothes to wear..lol

I don't know what's wrong with me the last few days. Boy am I tired. I got up this morning to send my son off to school and done a little housework and then went to sleep until 11:30. I've also been falling asleep at night on the couch too. I'm thinking it is doing the days shifts at work and being up early now that school has started. I done mostly night shifts during the summer so there weren't many early mornings.

Andreaphilip what are those amino acid pills you were talking about? Where did you get them? I'll try anything right now just to get a bit of energy again. I'm still staying OP and getting my exercise in but I have to really force myself to do it.

i hope you dont mind....i know its true, but i guess its just the way you worded things. have fun at lunch and hey if worse comes to worse just exercise it off.

hey kim! im sorry youre so tired----that stinks. i was feelin that way last week and hated it. actually im like that now from af and i have a headache. didnt make the whole hr today. oh well.

amino acid pills are a protein supplement and can be gotten at any vitamin store or online. i buy online bc i found a really cheap site. holler if you want the site. i take 2 a day.

Hey thanks for the encouragement Andrea - I meant for people to laugh at it - (and to learn from me) so no offense taken whatsoever

I had a great lunch - BW3s - grilled chicken salad with ff ranch - now I'm off to figure pts so I know what I have left for dinner tonight. That should be a really good choice though

Hey not so bad at all - I have plenty of points for dinner tonight as I was planning a light dinner with lots of filling veggies!!!! WHOO HOOO!!! And I've figured out my flex points and I'm still good - I've only used 22 points (and that's being totally truthful) and have plenty left with one more full day before weigh in. I know I don't have to use them all up and it's okay not to use them at all but until I get back into the swing, I'm very, very pleased

Great job at lunch Rose!! YAHOO!!

I had my WI this morning and I lost 3 1/2 pounds!! YAY!! I'm so happy because as I said it was a very trying week and staying op took a lot of effort!
