Hey andreaphilip3. I'm feeling better now. Still tired but that comes with the job. I decided not to exercise today because that will just beat me out and I have to work again tonight. I am going to do extra tomorrow so I feel better about that. Just taking it easy this evening until I have to leave for work. How are you doing? Feeling better now that you have a meeting under your belt? I hope so!!!!
Rose, a half of a pound lost is better than gained. Keep at it, don't falter!!!!! You know this anyway. I felt the same way two weeks ago when I weighed in. I kicked some serious A** exercising and stayed OP so well and I lost only 0.6 that week, I could have KILLED!!!!! But I kept telling myself that 0.6 is still a loss and take it!!! So I was OK after a little bit.
Well wish me luck for tonight and I'll post and let you know how I did. I hope for a maintain if anything.

my anxiety levels have been a bit less. i too am tired only a few hrs of sleep bc i couldnt sleep n then by the time i did it was time to get ready for my meeting.

It's 2am and I'm here AGAIN at work. My weigh in went great. I didn't weigh in last week but weighed at home. My sales are right on par with my Weight Watchers and I was up to 154 pounds. Tonight when I weighed in I was.....DRUM ROLL PLEASE.......147.6 pounds!!!!!!!!! I knew I was retaining alot of fluids but I am really proud I got it off. So that's a 6.4 loss.
Hey andreaphilip3, you'll get the weight off again. It was only a little slip up and I say you'll have a great loss next week.

hey kim good job!!!!! thanks for the support! i dunno what i was last sat but i have the prev sat plus what i weighed this monday&so far the diff is almost 6 lbs so most of the 8 is gone.
im glad i have old ww tickets bc since i cant go next weekend i have to wi on thur again like i did yest which bites for 2 reasons: based on past exper w my body alot of times thur rolls around and i have lost anything(and thats on a good week) and if anything drops it usually does it friday . plus i have qa lunch date w a friend tuesday afternoon but i have a game plan im just gonna watch my portions&share a dessert w her and then watch it the rest of the day(its actually gonna be like breakfast for me cuz its an early lunch)
How is everyone doing? I am a little tired today. I only got about an hour sleep today. When I got off work this morning I went and picked up my groceries, did a bit of shopping, and did a few other things that needed to be done. I live about 20 minutes outside of the city so I didn't want to make another trip there this evening to do these things.
I am treating myself today. I had KFC for supper and I may have a little something tonight....I don't know. I think I will go for a walk in a few minutes though and maybe even 20 minutes on the elliptical. Gotta keep the metabolism going. I won't be able to weigh in officially next week but I will still do so home to keep me on track. Out of the three weigh ins at WW here, I am working during Tuesday's, my brother in laws birthday is Thursday's and I'm invited there for supper (can't miss that or I'll be banned from there forever), and on Friday's I'm working again. But that's OK because I also have a wedding next weekend and that birthday so it'll give me some days to play with so I will still be down on the weigh in after.
How are things going andreaphilip3? Are you still going to weigh in tomorrow? Good luck if you are and let us know how you do.
Thanks Christian. It sure feels good to be down to that weight. I actually want to walk tonight to work off some more weight.
And, here's one for you too Rose!! I know you are disappointed with only 1/2 pound, but it IS a loss! I tend to lose weight in spurts it seems. I lost 3 1/2 pounds one week then 2 pounds and last week I just maintained. It's so frustrating when we are doing everything right, but it will come off eventually as long as we keep on keepin' on! I've been sticking to the program this week, exercising and drinking my water. I don't have a scale, but am not feeling light....you know the feeling. We'll see.
andreaphilip3, hope all is well with you. In your response to Rose you used the abbreviation "wpas"...what does that stand for? Sometimes it takes me a bit to figure out all of your abbreviations, but usually eventually I do. This one has me stumped!

I have one last nsv to wind up Sept. for me. One of my goals for this month was to increase my time on my bike from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I've been doing 40 minutes for the past 1 1/2 weeks or so. Well, today on this last day of Sept. I did 45 minutes!
Well it's the 30th of September. WOW where did the time go! I guess this will be the last day to post here in this thread. I am moving to the Official Monthly October Thread....LOL My goal for September was to lose 5 pounds and I lost 9 pounds so I think I done quite well. Can't wait to see what next month has in store for me. Hopefully I will be just as successful.
I hope your WI at home goes well andreaphilip3. Get to that meeting and keep that motivation going. I've never went to two meeting in a week. I should start doing that when I feel like I need help. I went to bed last night at around 11:30 and got up around 9 this morning and I'm still beat. I feel like I was hit by a Mack truck....LOL I don't think I will be doing what I did yesterday anymore, it's not worth the agony.

Hey andreaphilip3, whats' up girl? Don't look at the big picture anymore. You now have 2.2 left to lose not 8. The good thing is you have 6 of that gone now. The future is yours....LOL. I usually like going to weigh in on Thursday nights. People I know go that night and alot of familiar faces. Just a question but why can't you weigh in next weekend without your mother being there? Just noisy!!!!
