  2. Go to bed Ealier so I can Work out before work
  3. Start Working out
  4. Find A wider range of Healthy foods.
  5. Lose Eight Pounds by Sept. 30th

Hey SlimByMay!!! That's my little sis! So happy you are here too. We have struggled with our weight for much of our adult lives and we are finally at the right place at the same time to get this weight off for good. Our mom is doing ww too. So, I guess we could be called the "3 Fat Chicks on a diet" By this time next year we will be "3 Slim Chicks Maintaining our Weight Loss"

Here I go,

September Goals
1. To lose 3-4 pounds
2. keep up my exercise either swimming or Turbo Jam 4 times a week.
3. Stay positive even if the scale does not move.
4. Not to cheat at work, very hard!

Hey all. Am new here. Setting monthly challenges sounds like a great way to keep the diet ball rolling. So! Here are my goals for September.

1. exercise at least once a day, 7 days a week.
2. no binge eating or stress eating or any other over-eating.
3. cut down on desserts especially when eating out.
4. lose 5 pounds.
5. and stop procastinating when doing uni assignments!

Hello

I am new to this website/forum, but definitely not new to WW. As you can see in my ticker, I've a long journey ahead of me, but I'm taking it in 10% increments...otherwise, I'll run screaming from it all.

My goals for September:

1. Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water per day.
2. Journal every day
3. Think Before I Eat Mindlessly

Here goes:
For the next 5 weeks I will
1) Drink no wine
2) Renew my gym membership
3) stick to under 30 points per day
4) Get out of the 180's for good
5) Fit into my size 14 red pants I just bought - love em

whats up? im havin a cruddy mornin had to eat my lunch for breakfast bc the milk and the spare one were both bad! what are the odds? i guess its leftover chicken for lunch then.
