Hi guys,
I've been off plan for the last 5 days but today I'm back full swing. I decided I wanted this weight off more than anything and now the party's over it's time to jump back on the wagon....so to speak

. I'm getting in a walk AND elliptical today just to see if it will help me jump start my metabolism again. I probably only gained 3-4 pounds and I'm guessing some of that is water weight. I'm going to try very hard to be at least the same as what I was last week on my next weigh in.
What's up andreaphilip3? Get swimming and get on that bike and the few pounds (water or not) will come off. You help keep me motivated. When I here how well you're doing I want to just as good. Maybe I'll even pass your weigh yet....LOL
Great job on staying OP Rosegarden. You are also an inspiration.
