Hey all,

What's up andreaphilip3? I'm sure it's only water weigh with you. You weren't off for too long right? Me on the other hand have been off plan for 5 days now . Enough of this. I'm getting up tomorrow morning and going for my nice walk AND getting on the elliptical to give myself a kick!!!!I haven't exercised in almost a week. I AM getting back OP when I get up tomorrow , NO EXCUSES!!!!!!

How's things Rosegarden? (Anyone else around lately?????)

Just had a meal with some carbs in it - DH has been cooking the last few days and he's trying to control his diabetes so he cuts waaayyy down on the carbs. I was getting CRANKY!!!! But I measured and stuck within my points for the day but boy did those gemelli taste yummy

(((((((( )))))) guys. thanks for the support. cmon kim i know you can do it! my brain has a been in a bad place all day but ive been op w a struggle bc im keep askin myself why i bother when i cant take 1 day off w/o gaining 4 lbs!

Hi guys,

I've been off plan for the last 5 days but today I'm back full swing. I decided I wanted this weight off more than anything and now the party's over it's time to jump back on the wagon....so to speak. I'm getting in a walk AND elliptical today just to see if it will help me jump start my metabolism again. I probably only gained 3-4 pounds and I'm guessing some of that is water weight. I'm going to try very hard to be at least the same as what I was last week on my next weigh in.

What's up andreaphilip3? Get swimming and get on that bike and the few pounds (water or not) will come off. You help keep me motivated. When I here how well you're doing I want to just as good. Maybe I'll even pass your weigh yet....LOL

Great job on staying OP Rosegarden. You are also an inspiration.

Ha Nibs! I can be an inspiration as I'm only in second week. It's easy at this point. Ladies, you have been with this program for a period of time, I bow to you. You have stuck it out when the going got tough and you are still continuing to try to find ways to make it work. It will work. Just keep going.

As I posted in the Christmas thread, Andrea! Stay off the scale for a few days. It's doing bad things to your morale sweetie!

Hey Guys!!
You all are huge inspirations to me! Anyone that keeps on trying is an inspiration! This is just flat out hard sometimes isn't it! Hang in there Andrea! I agree with Rose......I would stay off the scale for a bit. I don't even have a scale in my house and that is so good for me! If you only weigh once a week or so you may have never even known about these four pounds and could have prevented yourself from going through this emotional turmoil. Just keep doing what you've been doing and I KNOW you will be successful!

Way to keep on keepin' on Kim.......you too Rose! WTG!

I had my ww meeting yesterday morning and am down another two pounds. I'm getting there little by little. I also made a Sept goal of increasing my time on my bike from 30 to 45 minutes per day. I'm up to 40 minutes now and am planning on going to 45 next week.

Keep up the good work ladies!

Hi ladies im here just dont have alot of time to post but i do read all your guys
Im glad everyone is haveing a good week as for me well it was going pretty bad untill yesterday i changed it all up my body and mind had lost its drive sun mon so I had to kick it into high gear yesterday and i feel great i weigh in on friday and im nervious i finally saw the 170's and i am praying that i didnt jump back up to the 180's sigh oh well im just gonna keep on truckin' LOL

Andreaphilip3, you must of had your day planned out for you. I can't imagine what it was like trying to get everything in order for the challenge. Take it easy today and relax.... you nee it. How was your day otherwise? Stay OP?

How was everyone's day yesterday? I started off good but didn't finish so good but it could have been alot worse. Today is a new day.

WI day today - Nervous as always - I just found my last WW weigh in stuff - I was last a paid member in 1997! I have 4 point finders so you know how many times I must have joined since points have been around and I know I was at WW for at least 2 go rounds with exchanges - Wow this weight issue is one monkey I really need to get off my back this time for good!

I lost 1/4 pd WI was today. I made September goal!!! This gives me some time for the other short term goals.

I was absolutely starving when I got back from class though. I'm still waiting for my food to register that I ate it. Wow - amazing how fast we get used to our daily meals huh?

How's everyone else's day going?

Andrea - did you take your meds? You can work through this

What's up andreaphilip3, Rose? I hope you're feeling better andreaphilip3. It seems as if some of the sonfusion on the other thread is cleared up a little.

I stayed OP today and I am going to go and do the elliptical now in a few minutes when I finish here. I need to stop sabatoging myself like I have been doing this past week. I have cheated so many times for no reason at all. Boredom I guess. I need to find something else to do when I'm bored....or mad because these are my triggers to overeat.

Anyway I'll check back in later after the exercise is done.
