Hello Everyone. I would like to join. Life has been crazy and now is finally slowing down and getting saner. I need to get back on plan and get to my goal.
I think my goal for Christmas will be 20 pounds. I know that is low but I only lost about 1 pound a week when I started WW and I will probably be the same.
I got away from meetings also. I had my sisters girls living with me for the summer so life got really hectic. And I did not leave my husband home with them too long. It seems that my 3 kids and them were constantly fighting.
I plan on starting meetings again. Hopefully next Thursday night. There is only 1 day meeting in my area but I have to have my daughter to school at 1 pm for preK. and the meeting is 12:15 and is 45 minutes away. I can not be in 2 places at once.

My ultimate goal is to get to 150 pounds.
I am doing Flex. I tried Core but just can not seem to do well on that. Maybe when I have a better schedule working, I will try it again.
My weigh ins now are Monday Mornings at home...

As I posted in the September thread, I had an extreme night. Back up and running today. Yikers. That challenge came really fast and hard. Tired - long day - no alternate plan leaves tons of room for error. As long as I learn from my mistake it'll be okay

Just checking in! Congrats JJ on 4 pounds!! That is super duper!! Welcome Wendy! My "real" name is Wendy too! Zhai-Lynn is my youngest daughters middle name. It is her Chinese name and my middle name combined. So,you all can continue to call me Lynn because it is my middle name and that way we won't get the two Wendy's confused.

I'm having a good day so far. I had pumpkin pudding and granola for breakfast and rode my bike for 30 minutes. Keep Going!

Good Morning Ladies- Dragging my butt today.....I worked 11 hrs yesterday and the got sucked into watching a PBS special called POV. Did anyone else catch it? It was about the poor working class in America. It was so powerful and gave me great perspective! I was up till 11:30 with the tv on and then I was wide awake in bed thinking about how good I really have it.

Anyway- It's been a good WW week for me....WI on Monday, I'll keep you all updated. Happy Friday!

Weigh in was ok...but no loss this week...no gain either

Welcome Heather...hope weigh in goes great!

I eat alot of fruit at night if I get hungry, or a 2 pt ww ice cream...feels like I am cheating but...its all good with the points system

Happy Saturday Ladies. I woke up to the smell of a heavy breakfast made by my sister but I was a good girl and stuck to oatmeal with eggbeaters scrambled (huge victory for me) Last night she tortured me with pizza and brownies and I slid by that one too! Plus I got 45 minutes of cardio in.
Christian- What brand of ice creams do you eat? DO you by the ones at the store?
Lynn and andreaphilip- Good job on that exercise KEEP IT UP!
Rosegarden- good attitude just stick to the plan

awesome nsv's jj! good for you!!!! and shame on your sis it sounds like major sabatage to me... be careful. come here if you get weak. ive got my sis sabataging me also in a way bc she thinks im gonna quit again just like she already has...but im not!

its been 2 mos and im dn a bathing suit size(possibly even 2) and 2 bra sizes and 1 c size....i dont think i will be changing c sizes anymore but who knows.

i posted a log of my progress. i think week 23 will take me to xmas if not ill just add more weeks on.

First congrats to andreaphilip3 on your weight loss! Weigh to go!

JJ ..big congrats to you as well. Absolutely awesome for you to be doing so well amongst all of that yummy food! Now, that is real will power!

Had a rough day here, but managed to make it through OP! Took my oldest daughter school clothes shopping. We ended up at Burger King...YIKES! Got my exercise in this morning and lots of walking at the mall today.

Hey, I've been seing this all over the board...what does "nsv" stand for? TIA!
