It's been a few weeks since I have posted. I still haven't lost or gained. But then again I havent been trying all that hard either. But today is a new day. So how is everyone else been doing? I hope we all succeed in our missions to lose weight. But no matter what kind of day that i have, i will begin to post everyday.

wassup kim? i cant start over today too sick and plus we still have junk in our house but i will try to maintain todays weight until thur. i havent really eaten today just 1/2 pbj on extra fiber wheat.

Just wanted to post here before the thread fell off the page and went to the next one. No one has posted here since Monday so I thought I would save it.... . Weighed in tonight and I was down 6.4 pounds. I was up last week so I lost that plus some. I am now 147.6 pounds.......YAHHHHH!!!

Come on back ladies and post...

I agree Kim that is Fantastic. I weighed in this a.m. and have lost 5 lbs. since September 18th. That is like 10 days! I am so happy . Keep going girls it can happen. I was 255 lbs not to long ago and am down to 227.

I should say the same to you Luckymom1. Congrats on your loss too. I am aiming at 1 pound a week so if I keep with that I will be happy.

I am not deprieving(sp) myself of anything anymore. If I want it I will eat it but I either do without something else or WORK it off. It's a change of life so that's the way I want to change it.

How is evryone else doing? Post and let us know.

god kim you took the wds right outta my mouth! there are certain things i cant say no too anymore and when i started saying no when i didnt want to, i got miserable so i wont do it anymore. my motto is work it off....thats why i give myself a larger point alklowance each week bc my 35 doesnt go very far but i have my ap's for when i run over.

i am having lunch w a friend tuesday and will not deprive. i think ill just stick w eating 1/2 of what i get.

It's the only way to live our lives andreaphilip3. If we have to go through life saying No to this and No to that we will never make it. If I want to have something that's not within my plan points wise well I guess I will have to exercise even harder so I can have it. I don't want to go through life with limits and I won't.

I got in a 50 minute walk this morning and I will do my elliptical later on this evening or tonight. I don't want to gain anymore weight but if it takes me awhile to get off what I already got well so be it.

Hope everyone is having a great OP day.

holy *! thats EXACTLY IT!!
do you know how aweful i felt not that long ago when i got invited to lunch w my family at one of my fav rest.and said no??? i honestly feel that that contributed to the second' four lb gain.

i just refuse to say no. 35 is enough for some but not for me. im on core and i admit it, im not a 'hard' core gal. i did make some small changes so that i can live it. w all this said.... AMEN sister!!
good job on the workout! i did mine too&am dne til my swim tonight.
