Hey Everyone! I am so excited I was down 7lbs from at weigh in!!!!! i even weighed twice to make sure that it wasnt a mistake. The lady just giggled at me! I got my first workout in this morning on my elliptical. Im going to try just doing that and maybe some extra walking for the next month, then I will decide to join Curves. All of the Curves here are just about a year old. It's $30 a month or I can pay $447 up front for the year. So im opting for that if I join. I just like the idea of 30minute workout. I will still do my extra cardio on top of that and I figured I can still buy the walk away the pounds to do along with going to Curves. I just think it will be easier to go do afterwork. When I had my membership at a regular gym I would spend 2hrs between cardio, weights, or a class. I just dont have that type of time right now. Plus I can always cancel my membership at Curves if I decide it's not for me and can join a regular gym.

DJMOMMY - GREAT JOB!!! Congrats on such an awesome loss!! WOOHOO!!!

Angie, welcome back. Glad your computer is fixed!

Anna - I have 2 friends who are doing Curves and love it. 30 minutes and they're done. They both have 1 year olds so this fits well into their schedules. I struggled with it because I enjoy weights and the excitement of upping your poundage or whatever, so it didn't work out all that great for me. But, it's exercise and if you use it, it will help, so congrats on joining!!

Sorry I missed others... I'm just now getting caught up. UGH!! LOL It was a pretty uneventful weekend which proved to be troublesome. Saturday night I slept in a BAD bed and woke up with my bad WAYYYY out of wack. It hurt to even walk. So, I laid around on a heating pad most of the day and by 5:00 the boredom munchies and comfort food cravings kicked in hardcore and I ate WAYYYY too many poinst in chocolate. But I'm back on track today and WI is tomorrow. I'm actually looking forward to it. Then I'm also checking into my free 1-month membership to YMCA that I won and am thinking now's the best time to start moving for real! Broomball has been postponed due to abnormal temps (no ice) and I've got till April to shed at LEAST 20 pounds! So... let's get this party started!!!!

Have a great OP day ladies!!

woohooo....losers unite!!! Good job everyone, doesn't it feel good to be in charge and feel better about yourself?

Yesterday I went to Target and splurged a bit on some new workout wear. I can't believe I'm fitting into some of their XL's!!!! I might have bought more than I should but......I feel really good in them, besides coral is a favourite colour of mine. I'm also down today 2 more pounds. I had my doubts though, last night I snacked on a few sunchips and had a bowl of cereal befor bedtime. It could have been alot worse. Have a great day everyone and keep up the OP days!!!

angel eyes great job on the loss and whoo hoo on buying xlarge doesnt that make you feel so good. that was the best thing in the world to me when i could shop at regular stores in regular depts instead of plus sizes. keep it up.

i'm back from weigh in down 2 pounds 6 oz for the week happy with that leader was supposed to set my big goal today cause i had lost 40lbs since returning to the meetings but, she didnt instead gave me another 10 pound goal i also gota charm for my key chain today a set of hands clapping for attending 16 weeks actually i have been more than 16 weeks but, she just got around to giving me the award when i hit the 50lb goal that they set which is 10 more pounds away i get another prize whoo hhooo

lets all have a great week we can do this girls. think i'm fixin to take my lil guy out for a stroll its supposed to be in the 70's here today .. how crazy is that.

WOOHOOO.....dj's and hunter's mommy!!!! You two are on fire!!!
I think that is so cool about the charm bracelet, I bet you have alot on there already. Great job!!! CONGRATULATIONS ON ANOTHER LOSS!!!

I agree with angie.....30 minutes workout is fantastic. Sometimes I think we overdo it and then burn out. Fit what you can into your day and be glad for it!!!Enjoy your dinner out, and yes...I've 'eaten' before going out to dinner also. You might have some ww's 0 pt soup, that way you also get in some veggies!! WOOHOO

hi guys.. Playgroups are awesome.I loved the ones I had when the boys were young. They are friends with some of them still. One of my best buds is from one of those play groups. It gets harder to meet new people when they get older. Today I am bored out of my mind. There is only so much cleaning I can do. He is down at a friends house. Oh well , Hope you all are having a great day. I gues I will go put pictures in an album or something...
