I want to see Narnia!!!! I think we will take the kids next week one day. I'm going to plan on having popcorn though. I love movie theater popcorn, and feel quite deprived when I don't have it.

DH and I finished our shopping today, and I have everything wrapped and under the tree. I do still have to get some stocking stuffer things, but that is easy.

Tomorrow is WI day for me, I'm not really looking forward to it, but I will do it anyway.

Angie, im dieing how was the biggest looser workout tapes... That's alot of working out. Great Job!

My kids went and say the movie with the Boys & Girls Club and they loved it, so i'll have to wait and see it when it comes out on DVD.

Cryket s/p? Great Job on meeting your Christmas Goal. Im sure you will lose that .5 lb by Christmas.

Well, I only took one bite of almost everything except for my caramel cake i ate about 1/2 of the 1/16 of a slice that I had. I told everyone what I was doing so the person who cut all the cakes up cut all of them small.

Not sure how many points I had so far. I also had oatmeal, 1glass of skim milk, 2oz Chicken breast, Broccoli Salad, and I made WW crockpot Lasagna for dinner. So I did really well except for the cakes. Ive been drinking water like crazy to get rid of all the sugar.

Im not going to sweat it I will just stay on the low end of the point range tomorrow.

Hey Akiss.....I noticed that you had crockpot lasagna.....have you ever tried it with whole wheat pasta? I use it all the time and we love it. No one even notices it and its so good for you. Actually,....I think I may make it tommorow night!! Good job on the cake strategy....hey whatever works!!!

Stagemom.....Believe me....I wanted popcorn SO MUCH!!!....but with my recent dental work on new crowns.....I was gunshy about having any. Popcorn is just soooo good.

Cryket.....fingers crossed!!! I'm sure you will hit your Christmas goal, .5 lb? YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Well wonders upon wonders......I stepped on the scale and it showed a 2 lb loss!!! I tell ya...I stepped off that scale like it was a bed of hot coals!!! Didn't want to jinx it I guess. haha...SO I'LL TAKE IT!!! All of you were so right.....time, patience and perserverance!!!! THANKYOU for all your support!!!! I finished ALL my wrapping last night... but need a few sweets for the boys in their Christmas stocking. Not much mind you as they still have their halloween bag still full. Then I'm off to the gym. WOOHOOO
Have a great day!!!......2 more days until Santa comes!!!

ladies great job on the losses and the workouts we are doing so good i cant believe christmas its so close .

well yesterday i tried out the workout #1 on biggest loser and really liked it very hard i thought iw as in pretty good shape I have been working out forever but, hmm nope not as good as i thought today i did the workout number 3 strength training it is a great workout definitely sweat your butt off and then when lil man took his nap i did my leslie sansone 2 mile walk and followed it up with the biggest loser workout number 4 bootcamp and let me tell you that is so challenging feels good though to have a video where the people doing the exercise are struggling right along with you so far I relaly really like the new dvd i am sore just a tad above my hips and my calves are sore we'll see what the rest of the day brings since i did the strength training with bob instead of leslie today holy toledo.. i will i guess make a final decision on the video in a few days. well i guess my dad is going to pay half my weight watchers fee and my dh the other half my location is going to have 4 months for 110.00 so jumping right on that hoping that in that amt of time i can make my lifetime so we can quit having to pay for it. i hope. everyone have a great day

angel eyes, yeah I used whole wheat pasta. My family cant tell the difference when I mix it into things. So whenever I make something where they cant see the color of it I use it. Just like Ground Turkey. When I first started buying it even my fiance couldnt tell, then when he went grocery shopping for me and saw ground turkey on the list he told me that he wasnt going to buy it that it was gross. I wish I had a camera for the look on his face when I told him he had been eating it for weeks. Congrats on the loss!!!!!!

Im not stepping on the scale until Christmas morning to see if I have lost anything.

Hey Angie we must have been posting at the same time. Doesnt it feel great when your muscles hurt. The feeling knowing that you are doing a great job on the work outs. Congrats.

Does anyone know where the link to the nutritional information went to on this website. I have a recipe for spicy party mix and want to figure out what the points are before I eat any

Good Morning. I'm down 2 lbs this week, that makes 6 lbs since Thanksgiving. A respectable amount, even if it is not the 11 lbs I wanted to loose by Christmas. It is definetly a step in the right direction!

anna,
yup it feels great with those muscles hurt lets me know that i am getting a really great workout. i love ground turkey we actually buy turkey burgers the jenny O brand i think it is 4 pts a patty dh loves it i will take the premade patties throw them in the skillet and break them up and then add mamwhich for sloppy joes its great i used that last night and added turkey dogs to the mix for dinnerr for dh it broke down to 2 patties 8 pts 1/4 of mamwhich 1 pt and 1/4 cheese 2 pts and 2 tbsp of sour cream ff of course for 1 pt and he just loved it told me to feel free to do that again. oh eyah forgot the turkey dogs i have are 2 pts a piece so he had 2 dogs also. it was quick and easy fix.

michelle great job on the loss

girls no matter where we land when it comes to our goals we are doing great and like michelle said heading in the right direction.

we can do this

I just wanted to say hello to everyone~ Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I sure hope I can so it too~ But noticed since been doing treadmill all this week i have stayed same on my scale. I hope this will balance out and I will lose again~ Been stickign to my plan. Its kind of getting me down

I wish all of you luck on your losses. I am so happy to see everyone doing so well. We can do this girls.

cryket dont get down the exercise is making a difference just keep working at it girl you can do it and that scale will be dropping before you know it to be honest most weeks i dont drop until the day before i weigh in or the morning of. well girls we are really winding it down now i cant believe 2 days till christmas. cant wait to see the look on my lil boys face this year is sure to be so much fun. y'all have a great day.

well girls its the day before christmas and the only creatures stirrin here are me and my lil guy dh is still in bed hes off till friday now and still sick uggghhh .. cant wait till tomorrow i dont know its like i'm still a lil kid waiting to open my presents on christmas morning and so so anxious for the day to get here I have nothing to open tomorrow but, to be able to give our lil guy presents to open and watch his face as he tries to figure out how to get in the pkgs is going ot be so much fun. well we are fixing a smoked turkey tomorrow staying on plan. my biggest loser workout is kicking my tail i am so sore bob is so good at really challenging you. so for the rest of the weekend i will be staying on plan drinking my water and getting in my workouts.
started a new challenge thread for ground hog day which is feb 2nd for anyone that would like to move on to another challenge after this one. i'm going to hop over to new years challenge after tomorrow i will weigh myself this tuesday onmy home scale for an unofficial weigh in since my scale always weighs me at a lower amt than weight watchers but, wont know the official numbers till the 3rd big bummer love my meetings. well ladies have a great day and good luck out there to any last minute shoppers dealing with all the crazy traffic .. I just want to say thanks so much for making this christmas challenge such a great one. You ladies have all done so so great Together we can do anything

ohhh, Angie...dh is STILL sick? yikes!!! Isn't Christmas the best time of the year? I can only imagine how much fun your son will have!!! Last night I was driving to the store and was coming up to a house (down a dark country side road) that was sooo decorated with ton's of lights.....shooting stars, trees, manger, house trimmed etc etc....well as I got closer, there the owner was dressed up in a SANTA SUIT WAVING TO ALL THE CARS!!! What a sight!!! I started tooting my horn and waving....now THAT is fun!!!

I'm in for the next challenge.....heck, I'm already in a Valentines day and a St. Patricks day....whats another for Groundhog day!!! I got an early Christmas present this morning....DOWN ANOTHER POUND!!! Somethings gotten into my scale!!!....but I'll take it.

Have a very Merry Christmas, and if anyone is travelling....be safe!!
