My days usually differ...on weight training days I do 30 min of cardio-usually treamill 1/2 running and 1/2 walking...then on other days 45 min. elliptical, treadmill, and bike. I have to mix it up or I get bored. Yesterday trainer had me do stairmaster, which I hate. This one is really hard though because it is big ole steps...no for me. I have been exercising with a trainer since July 20th and the scale is just now starting to move. I joined WW 3 weeks ago and have been losing since I joined...Thank goodness I took the plunge to go to that WW meeting...it has made all of the difference in the world. The trainer thing is not only for the serious weight training but also for accountability...keeps me there at the gym. There are days I just don't want to go, but knowing I have to meet with him or that he will be there and know whether or not I am there doing my cardio or not..keeps me going. I'm so sorry about your ankle...how awful for you. Sounds like the bike is a great choice.

Welcome Irishmolly! Great menu and great workouts!

I BLEW it yesterday....sort of. I am having a party at my house on Friday night so I wanted to save all my WAP for then; last night, however, I ate a small fry and cheeseburger from Wendy's (14 points) and ALSO went out for Japanese food. I only ate half of it and took the rest home. Oh yes, then I got a small yogurt from TCBY. I have no idea how to count the dinner, though. Today, I ate the rest and am drinking my weight in water. I better lose weight on Saturday morning or I am going to lose my mind!

Hey guys...well my menu is pretty much the same as yesterday except I did have Subway for lunch and baked lays for a total of 8 pts. I am leaving in the morning to evacuate from Hurricane Rita..I am hating having to leave...but I just feel in my gut that it is the right thing to do. I am going home to TN since there are no hotel rooms to be had until you get to Oklahoma. My parents helped me out with a plane tickets for me and my 2 year old. I am so scared I will stray off plan while I am gone. I just have to work hard at it. I went and weighed in today-3 days early b/c I won't be here Sat. and was down -1.5 lbs so that was pretty good.
Erin-Your menu sounds good as usual-Do you have a quasidilla machine? I have one and love it!
Irishmolly-Menu is looking good!!
Cher-Hang in there girl and stay positive! Definately get in your water after that Japanese food.

LOL! I hope by 'armpit' you don't mean we smell!

:c)

Yes, we are off of 17. South of Palatka. I'm less than an hour from St. Augustine, and go there - ALL- the time. I'm a big fan of the Disney store over there in the outlet mall. I may have a 'slight' obsession with Mickey Mouse...
:c)

But, yeah - we're down here in the boonies! I luuuuuuurve St. Augustine, though!

Todays weigh in day!!!

Breakfast
English Muffin, of course! 2 points
yoohoo 3

Lunch
2 fresco tacos 6
pintos and cheese 3

snack
cookies 6

Dinner
2 boca burgers 2
2 buns 2
salad 3
green beans 0

Actually, you are not in the "armpit." I was thinking of SR 19, not 17, but I know right where you are, actually. I love St. Aug too. It is charming and I love the shopping (and of course the food!) If you ever go to downtown, you have to try the Columbia restaurant if you have never been. Heading there tomorrow to get sangria mix for my Bunko party...yummmm...I wonder if you can make sangria with splenda??

As for eating yesterday, here goes:

Breakfast:
SB bar (same EVERYDAY)-3

Lunch
Leftover japanese food 5
pudding cup 1

TOTAL: 6

Dinner:
Wendy's cheeseburger and med fry :0 19
TOTAL 19

Second dinner:
stir fry & rice (about 1/4 cup) 3
2 slices of bread with 1 tbs butter 5

DAILY TOTAL: 36/22

That was a huge day. I am out of bonus points for the week....

TOday so far:

SB breakfast bar (3)
Smart ones (5)
pudding cup (1)
1 slice of pecan danish (5)

Total: 17 for the day...leaving me with 4 points for dinner....uggh. I need to go work out and earn some AP's.

I need some willpower, girls.

Saving my remaining points and my APs for some drinking tonight!

Whoa its been ahwile since i posted anything. Ive been keeping track of my points on a peice of paper just because ive been really busy.

This past week has taught me that i really need to eat more during the day because there have been many times where i get home from school at 530 or 6 and i still have 15 points to eat. I really need to make a food schedual for myself or something because its getting harder and harder for em to eat my 24 points.

I woke up at noon today which is not normal for me and it throws off my eating schedual. *grr*

So far I've eaten

1 homemade pumpkin spice muffin - 1
1 skim cheese string - 1.5

1 bowl of tomato veggie soup - 1
1 peice of multigrain bread with margarine - 2
1 cup of non fat sugar free vanilla pudding - 1

total - 6.5/24

I also biked for 1/2 hour and did 20 mins of Yoga. How many AP is that?

Its 630 pm and i have 17.5 points left to eat. how the heck am i supposed to do this? *sigh* maybe I should plan meals for myself for the week.

We LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the Columbia!! OMG! SOooOoOoo GOOD! We go EVERY December, when I do my Christmas shopping in the historic district. I love St. George street, and I would love to live there. I envy the people who do. GREEN with ENVY! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

Today's Menu.

Let's just say it's good that I didn't use many of my allowance points.

I'm -18 for points. Not posting my menu. Blah.

I didn't go to my meeting - not because of my menu, but because I didn't have a babysitter this time. I weighed in on my mom's scale which is usually right in line with WW scale, and I am down 2 pounds.

:c)
