Thanks Kelly Jo.... I'll start posting my journal tomorrow. Today I'm short on time and also I wasn't a very good girl... so having top post tomorrow will make me behave more. I'm glad someone is here still. I was wondering what happened to everyone. I guess without me here, as I started this thread, perhaps everyone kind of just left?
Thanks for your sympathies regarding my dad. I miss him very much. It's been hard for me and I've been eating to compensate. My clothes feel tight and I am feeling unhappy with myself.
Linda

Ok, Friday went well but as for Sat and Sun, well, I did well until dinner both days. I am back on the game today having gotten up and walked for 30 mins today. This I shall be doing five days a week again. I am still eating well today and have no idea what is for dinner. DH will be home for lunch and I will plan accordingly. I MAY have salmon cakes though.....depending on what everyone else wants. I am determined to stick to the eating while walking every day. It worked before.....It will work again. Its cool though to be starting over and knowing that the weight will come off and the starting # is not as high as before...at least it wont take me long to get into ONEDERland again and stay. I will have turkey roll ups for lunch although I have no cheese so I guess I will have one pc of turkey on each and a salad to go with it. who know. I need to go to the store I really want pork chops on the grill but we eat them so much anyways. Oh well, here is to a good day....I have so much to do....have an open house on Sunday that I need to get ready for!

I'm glad the thread is active again as well!
Here is today's journal for me:
first of all, I'm trying to re-start myself on the WW CORE plan right now, so am not giving points, but will be switching back to the flexpoint system soon. I can't stay on CORE for long, but I like it and find it an easy way to re-start myself into "being good" and behaving!
Breakfast:
3 egg whites with FF cheddar cheese, sauteed onion and pepper in olive oil as well to add to it
snack:
1/2 banana, 1 cup 94% FF popcorn
Lunch:
Salad, FF dressing, with croutons and feta cheese (not much), kidney beans, beets, mushrooms, carrots, tomoto, pepper, peas, chick peas, etc. Used three flex points, but worth it!
Dinner:
Baked Haddock with lemon, and string beans with brown rice, margarine
2 points.
Dessert:
FF, SF, chocolate pudding with lite cool whip, one point
Used 5 flex points for the day, not bad!
Activity points.... well, not real exercise but I had tons of errands and grocery shoppoing to do today, spend almost $500.00, so you can guess I was running around a great deal today! So, I figure I earned at least one point, but am not counting it.
So, I'm glad to be back on program and eating healthy. Maybe the scale will budge?
