I'm the exact same way. The biggest offender is forgetting about the oil I use to cook meat in. Nice to see you on the boards,

Turbo. I'm a baker, too, and I've been at a loss for making PP-friendly treats. I guess I could make use of the cookbook, but I'm afraid that 1 serving will turn into 2, etc. I'm waiting until I get my self-control managed. I did make a (non-PP) strawberry rhubarb crumble for the family the other day, and only "taste-tested" a single spoonful. Pretty proud of myself.
