Hi all,

I am new to the thread, but have been doing WW online since December. I find I have to track everything or I forget the little stuff (like cream in my coffee etc). I use my activity points for some of the incidentals I have forgotten, but strangely enough, I am finding that if I eat a few of my activity points, I am losing a bit quicker. I am losing 1-2 lbs a week now, but when I first started, I was losing 3 lbs a week.

I have to be very careful with the fruit. I was on a low carb variation of WW and modified South Beach and not eating fruit for awhile, but now that it is summer, I want to allow myself some fruit. I find if I eat too much fruit, I get a LOT hungrier throughout the day.

Welcome authentic

I did something I haven't done since I've started WW 2 months ago : I baked a cake Baking is one of my hobby, but I stopped it when I started dieting. I really had to bake today, I'm in charge of the birthday cake of a friend next weekend and I needed to try the receipe before...

The bf and I ate 1/12 of it tonight, and I'll bring the rest to my lab people tomorrow, I'll make happy people

I'm the exact same way. The biggest offender is forgetting about the oil I use to cook meat in. Nice to see you on the boards, authentic.

I hear ya Turbo. I'm a baker, too, and I've been at a loss for making PP-friendly treats. I guess I could make use of the cookbook, but I'm afraid that 1 serving will turn into 2, etc. I'm waiting until I get my self-control managed. I did make a (non-PP) strawberry rhubarb crumble for the family the other day, and only "taste-tested" a single spoonful. Pretty proud of myself.

Authentic, I get the same way with fruit. I have always been told that many fruits are high in fiber and should fill me up, like apples. I eat an apple and my stomach is literally growling twenty minutes later, regardless of whether or not I was hungry to begin with. Never understood why that is!

Happy 4th, everyone!

I've officially switched to Mondays which means that I won't weigh in until next Monday because my center is closed today.

Welcome to the thread, authentic.

And patchymama, I'm also hoping to pass the 50 lb mark sometime soon!

Have a wonderful day!
