I'd like to join in if I could! I was doing well on WW last year then went to visit my kids in California in January, fell off the wagon and never got back on! I only regained 10 pounds (amazing, considering how I was eating!) but it's taken me a looong time to get motivated again! A
BIG reason for my getting going again was reading "Marilu Henner's Total Health Makeover", and tweaking a few things I was doing. I've switched from Flex plan to Core but if I have to choose between something WW says is ok and Marilu says should be avoided, I avoid it. I'm feeling lighter and I AM EXERCISING!

Wednesday I did my Windsor Pilates Circle workout for the first time, and yesterday I did a Marsala Bhangra workout for the first time -- boy was I sweating! I was really watching the clock the last 15 minutes but I earned 5 big exercise points! Don't think I've ever done that before.
I'm not going to focus on a specific amount to lose because I have so darned MUCH to lose and I need to focus on getting off that seesaw and being
healthy. I think posting here every day will help keep me accountable.
My new food discovery of the week: Trader Joe's Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Hummus. Yum, yum!
