Hi Everyone,
I'm ok, I have really been struggling with my eating the last 3 days. I am so super hungry for some reason. I need to get a handle on this before it gets out of control.
On the good side I did get a new exercise video in the mail yesterday, so I hope changing things up again will restart a loss. I bought Kathy Smith's-Project You. So far what I've seen of it, I like it. There are 8 different workouts so hopefully the variety will keep me interested.

I'm with you on the whole inches thing. I took my measurements for a while and only got frustrated,so I stopped. Now I just stick to tracking my weight on Tuesday's.
