Logged another 40 minutes of exercise this morning! Wow, I feel great -- I'm almost halfway to my exercise goal for the month and there's more than 2/3 of the month to go! Woohoo!

!!! I just got done with my work out felt good...legs are burning..so I think that is good thing...hehe...than I had my salad for lunch..now I am full...tomorrow it is the excersise for the arms.......I hope I will still be able to lift them after they get their workout...lol...Angel that would give me a total boost too...that is awesome.....keep that for extra miles you take....wow..that is cool....
