Hey there everybody!
Had rehearsal last night and it was rocky at first. We have a new drummer (I sing lead in a rock coverband) and have a gig on the 22nd...it'll be his 1st and he's really nervious. So I made the set list reallly structured by writing out how I will announce the next song so he has more confidence in starting them....took for
freekin' ever 
though. start, stop, start, stop for 4 hours. Ended up really good by the end though. But the new demo is almost done! I have been powerwalking 2-3 (usually 2

) miles with 10 lb weight on my legs and 3 lb on my arms everyday except Fri (occassionally I'll take a break on Sun) cuz thats rehearsal day and its a workout in and of itself. And I weighed this morning and
NOTHING!

Java~ I am an artist as well...mostly mural work and portrait work in acrylics. I also enjoy a sort of cartooning in Prisma Color....Whats your medium of choice?
Spunky~ ME TOO...I was losing 3-5 lbs a week now I'm good to do 1lb a week!

LOVE. Its strawberries with a ginger cream. Fresh strawberries sliced, fat free sour cream, minced crystalized ginger, packs of spenda to taste, vanilla extract, and a teeny pinch of ground clove. slobber it on top your berries and YUMMIE!!! Great on these hot days!
