Missy: Like Carri, out goes the cheese. Dump it in the trash or nasty it up some way so you won't be tempted. Now here is the rub, croissants have a LOT of butter in them so they can be high in cal and fat and with the mayo in the chicken salad, what about eating half the sandwich with the chips and maybe some fruit or something. UUUHHHH, this is not good news. I went to Atlanta Bread Company and they have chicken salad and croissant and here goes:
Chicken salad 4 oz 310 cal 119 fat cal
Croissant 300 cal and 135 fat cal
What about tossing the croissant and just eating the chicken salad on the lettuce and tomato?
Nellie: Hi girl, it is good to see you! We always do a proper welcome here so be prepared for the onslought! As for the points, if you go to the very first post of this thread, you will see an introduction by me and it shows what you get points for. I give smileys each day depending on how many points you earned for the day before, for example, I got in exercise, my water and stayed on my program for yesterday so I got 4 points (1 for exercise, 1 for water and 2 for program). Participating in anything is up to you and not mandatory, but it seems to help us stay on the straight and narrow. We also have a topic for each day which will be in color at the top of my first post for that day. Like today is Wednesday's woes so you get to complain about anything today! We have two challenges currently, one is almost finished and that is 10 lbs lost by August 31st and was started back in July, the other is everyone works hard this week Mon-Friday and tries to get 4 points each day this week. So far we are 100% 4 pointers for our week.
Tonya: Man, I have been worried about you. Glad everything and ever one is a-ok and you look gorgeous!
LADIES, PLEASE FILL NELLIE IN ON A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF!
I have been married for 31 years, will be 50 in another month, have 2 grown children, Jack who is 30 and single (BUT NOT FOR LONG! WOOHOO

) and Kelly who is 26, married and has one little boy, Thomas who is 3. He is the light of my life. I started my program on Jan 6 of this year and have lost around 90 lbs soon to be much much more! I live in Memphis, Tn and am gainfully unemployed at the moment!
Well, girls, I need to get downstairs and get some work done. I finished upstairs and am thinking about getting the downstairs done today too.
I am 2/3 to 4 pts for today as I already have in my water and exercise and I am on target for my program!
Faye
