Just checking in… I'm at the "my weight is staying maddeningly the same" phase of weight loss right now. I find I stay almost exactly at a certain number for days (up to a week?) and then drop 1-3 pounds "overnight" - obviously my body is hoarding water or other stuff, but it's so frustrating. I've been 176.6, 176.6, 176.8 the past 3 days and today am 176.4. Hello body, let's continue on downwards...
Shot down to 173.6 unexpectedly! Had a bit of an upset stomach yesterday, so perhaps just a clear out of what had been in my intestines (haha) but I did drink enough water to be hydrated and took meds so I don't think ALL of it is dehydration… in any case, today I am only 3.8 pounds away from 160s!!!
Blah… still at 173.8… 4 pounds to go! Had a foot issue which dropped my steps daily and I think it definitely slowed my loss, so hopefully if I do my stretches and what not I can fix it (I got rid of the bad shoes that were contributing to the problem as well) and drop these 4 relatively quickly (by which I mean, in 2 weeks).
I suppose I should start posting on this thread...my lowest weight (last week!) was 175 but I'm currently sitting at 176.8. The 170s-180s have been a long, hard haul for me, but I'm back in the losing mindset. I'm sure it will take me a few more MONTHS to see the 160s but I'm going to try my damndest!
Im ready to lose it folks..Im tired of the 170s..post pregnancy weight is shed but Im stuck at 172-174 forever. I want to get into the 160s so i can complain i want to get out of that....arghhh
