Finally a pound of water came off! It's been stubborn the last 3 days Seems like today everything is coming off so we'll see what tomorrow's weight brings. I hate mid-cycle!

155.6 again. I'd rather be again than up.

Checked out new gym today. It had the equipment I want but only one. Plus it is smaller and twice the expense where I'm going now. So I'm going to talk hubby into buying gym equipment for home. About the same cost of a one year membership so should be worth it.

Starting to stress about my ds. He is teenage and seems to be giving up on school. Not even trying. He use to be the smartest. Not sure what to do. Guess I'm mostly ranting.

156.0 up a little due to sodium. Lots of running around yesterday and probably going out for dinner tonight. Weekends are so hard sometimes.

ugh, me too Hiddenstar - still up 2 pounds. It's almost TOM, too, so that's not helping!

Rode 20 miles yesterday with DH despite the 99 degree heat I did have a couple shots last night and half an ale. WEEKENDS. *sigh*

Up to 156.8 but that's not bad considering my bad weekend and extra sodium food. So fingers crossed for a good week and a nice drop in weight.

Good Morning! I'm happy to report that I made it "out of" the 150's! I actually did so last week, but was barely into the 140's and TOM came through which always puts me up. TOM is gone now, I weighed this morning and I'm down to 148.5 so I think I can safely celebrate. I just have to keep it up!

Stay strong! I know if I did it, anyone can do it!

Congras nayla. Hope your permenantly out of the 150's.

I'm 155.8. . So glad that weekend didn't mess me up to much. Got a really good workout at gym yesterday. Trying to convince dh to buy home gym. Membership is up for renew next week and I think that it would be better and time saver to workout at home.

156.4 not sure why up. I pushed it extra hard in gym today. Using higher weights. Muscles are shaking. But it felt great to do more then usual.

Well, where have I been? Dang, what happened to August and the beginning of September? I haven't been off plan or anything; but after a vacay where I was up 10 retention pounds and then an anniversary, I am not quite back down to the 150s.

I can't completely say that I'm not lost in my life a little bit, for one reason or another and my Mom is on hospice and it probably won't be long, but I haven't gone completely tits up in carb land. I am eating clean more often than not. I swam and played in the surf and went zip lining on vacay and started running again last Sunday and have been running a few times this week. I have some 5Ks I want to do in November and a 10K I want to do in March. So I feel I'll soon be back to the 150s and then hopeful I'll start seeing new numbers again after 2 and a half months.

154.8 So happy to make it to my low again. Now to get out of the 150's.

Maddonnelly -welcome back. I went thru the same thing you did. Vacation really messed me up and I couldn't get it back together in August. I got my determination back just like your doing now. So way to go!!! Sorry to hear about your mom. Be sure to keep up your running that is suppose to be a great stress relief.

Voodoodonut - hope you get pass 155 soon.
