Diana the calls have not stopped....I got one this morning not FIVE MINUTES after I had just walked back into the building, during a time of day when i'm not normally even there...am I being watched?? I don't know...creepy as all get out!!....police are involved and extra security has been taken in the building now...all for me...*sigh* I don't like having everyone pay attention to me like this but I suppose i'm glad they are taking it seriously, even upper level district administration
My dad brought pounds and pounds of fruit and vegetables today. They're all from the stable or his sisters' gardens and they're organic. I've made quince, apple and grape preserves and tomorrow I'll make spoon sweets, too.
I stayed at 1137 calories yesterday. Also, I don't eat spoon sweets, so I'll be back on plan tomorrow because today I'm not even counting calories. I made preserves for the first time and I ate at a friend's again. I'm not even sorry.
Breakfast: Cereal with raw milk, 1 apple and grapes.
Lunch: Tortellini, half and half, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, spinach. They were baked. I also ate salad.
Dinner: Bread, butter, quince preserves, 1 cup of raw milk.
Would you believe I am still fighting this cold? I literally have a "head in vice" feeling for a week. I'm tired of taking Advil so I stopped. I'm past the mild fever, stuffy nose, sneezing and watering eyes phase (thank god) but now it's all in my chest. I'm coughing a lot so I don't think running is a good idea just yet. I can't take any decongestants because they make my anxiety act up so I just take hot showers which helps.
The Eagles were awesome BTW.
I want to get back to exercise ASAP but I'm just not feeling well enough.
I stepped on the scale this morning and guess what? 179.9 WOOHOO!!! I am sure that the fasting (I had to have blood work done first things this morning) that I had to do last night had nothing to do with a two pound weight loss. I have tried to be very, very, very good today. Hoping that I can keep those 2 lbs off!!
Bad eating day. Bad bad bad. About 2000 cals. The bright spots are: I could have eaten even more. I could have thrown in the towel and chucked it all. And I came here and fessed up. This morning I was back down to my new baseline (144) but I want to crack 140 by Nov. 27. That's my one year anniversary of being on the diet train. I have no excuse for stalling out so long, but I'm trying again.

I stuck to my plan and had only the steamed crab legs and roasted oysters. I'm sure the sodium was bad but I can't help that there's salt ocean water, LOL.
