EskaDee, the month is still young you have plenty of time for success.

I did post my weight yesterday at 158:carrot: but i forgot to mention how happy I am to see the 150's again. It feels great and I'm sure it'll be even better to see the 140's.

Down to 304.7 this morning and I went to the track and walked 5 miles in an hour! Went to the store and got all my healthy food for the week !

I'm guilty(?) of doing the same. You get a little buzzed faster that way and for me, that means I won't have to drink as much. Congrats on the loss regardless!

Still no loss for me, same weight as I started the month with. So discouraging, after all my hard work and excercise, no reward! Sigh. Congratulations to all of you who have done better!

Went over on cals yesterday, which accounts for the gain. It'll only be water weight as I doubt I exceeded 2000 cals in total. Going to be 100% on plan today and from now on so it'll come back off soon enough :)
