I'm really hoping for a loss tomorrow.
I can't wait to be out of the 190s!! I have been doing so well but tonight these crazy pizza craving are hitting me. Pizza is my ultimate weakness. I swear I just saw about 5 pizza commercials in the last 20min or so. Got up to check the mail and there again pizza ads/coupons... its everywhere!! haha. And I know some might suggest "have pizza, but only a slice or two", I have no control whatsoever when it comes to pizza. I end up eating at least 4 slices (if not the whole pie!). And nothing will do except the real thing, no tortilla/pita "pizza" here. I'll eat that then go and get real pizza anyways :P ugh.... I must resist. |
Halfway through this month and I have put 7 lbs ON!
Dodgy ankles and knees, breaking low carb, and binging on all the wrong foods has made April a nightmare. If I can break even this month (return to 203 lbs from 210) I will consider myself a success! |

Woo! What an active weekend with the kids. No exercise needed with lit'luns around I'll tell ya!
So it's down another 1.4lbs today! And that means I am in the 220s! Will I stay though? Normally I get a small bump in weight once a week. So I am expecting a small gain tomorrow or the day after. Stay tuned. Half way through the month and I am half way towards reaching my 20lb goal. Two weeks in and I'm down 3.2 pounds. It doesn't look like I'll be making goal this month, but I'm fine with that as I'm working on more strength training right now. I'm still keeping my goal at 10 pounds to keep me motivated though.
