Hey I know I am new... But by any chance could I join? If no I understand. I just started my diet this month. So far I've lost 4.5lbs and I started only a little over a week ago. I think I could make it 10 by May 1st.

Argh. It's my time of the week again today (TOW). As predicted my weekly bump in weight came today. Up 0.8lbs despite reasonable portion control yesterday and exercise which pushes me out of the 220s (they were great while they lasted). The gain will take a few days to shake, then back to losing.
Having a weekly cycle sucks.
