I am on my own plan... here is a typical day
Bfast
Greek yogurt
hard boiled egg
Snack
apple with 2 TBLS melted peanut butter
Lunch
Lettuce with cukes, tomatoes, peppers, onions, 1/4 cup feta, 3 oz grilled chicken
Snack
28g nuts
Dinner
Salmon (6oz)
Brown rice 3/4 cooked
broccoli
Snack
Real fruit juice popsicle
Exercise
Walk 4.7 miles at 4 mph
Weight lifting 45 min OR swimming 45-60 min
No gluten because I have Celiac

That's my plan and in 10 weeks I have lost 15 pounds.
