Clevername, I haven't noticed a difference when TOM arrives, this could be because I only weigh once a week. However, I usually experience bloat for any reason at all at least once or twice a week, this is characterized by out of this world frequent peeing(pardon my language).

Thanks for the help everyone! I was 150.6 this morning, but I had a cheat day yesterday, so I wasn't expecting to lose today. I didn't have anything awful, just ate things I don't normally eat these days, like oats in the morning and stovetop popped popcorn in the evening- my hubby makes the best popcorn ever!

Sum, you are doing awesome! What are you doing to make the weight drop so quickly?!?!

I was stuck for awhile with Ovulation and TOM... but I think I was shedding fat but sadly hoarding water. I think the water is just leaving my body I have truly enjoyed my whoosh; I am sure it is done right now.

Sum, I had a feast of all the things yesterday (and the day before that and the day before that). Hugs to you! Hopefully climbing back on the wagon when TOM finally shows up.

153.3 this morning...

Clever, are you still with us? How's everyone else doing?

kk2323 Luckily I was able to get back on that wagon, and my feast did not continue...sometimes when I indulge on carbs one day, I can't stop. I hope you are doing okay!

Feeling a bit bloated today; I think I haven't drank enough H2O lately and I am retaining some.... need to focus on that today.

Scale down a bit 157.4

Sum, good job, the lbs are just flying off.

I weighed mid week on May 1st and had a gain of 2 lbs, over indulging a bit too much over the weekend I suppose. I have also been sick all week so that has really disrupted my gym time. I have been staying in my calorie range but discovered that the cough syrup I'm taking is loaded with calories . This really sucks. I'm really not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow.

I'm still here! I'll never leave the 150's!!! LOL. Maybe tomorrow I'll see the 140's. I was 150.0 this morning.

Yesterday I noticed that my cheekbones are attempting to make an appearance. When I pointed it out to my hubby, he agreed.

LOL, speaking of my dh, he has decided to lose a few pounds - He's cut calories, eating more salad and omlettes, not snacking at night. He's lost 9 lbs in just over a week. He's got 6 lbs to go. Ah, sometimes it might be nice to be a man.

Hello to everyone, congrats to those who are losing, and hang in there to those who are about to lose

I haven't posted here because I've had no success...

I'm beyond disgusted with myself, it seems that I am constantly NOT eating what I want, or enough to satisfy, yet I just go up to 154, down to 151, up to 152...and yes I measured and that is what got me more NO changes from January, when I took my first measurements.

I will keep on, but I'm just shaking my head at myself. For jeans, I can be in one pair of snug size 8, an OK size 9/10, an 11...medium size shirts fit OK except for the upper arms. I feel strong due to my increased intensity of workouts and I guess I should focus on that benefit.

My whoosh is over, and scale is going up I did indulge on pickles for 2 days straight, that may be the reason for the upward movement, I feel bloated, yuck.

Hi friends! It was so great to check back here this morning and see updates from a lot of you. It looks like all of us are struggling, but still have this amazing drive to succeed. Hugs to everyone!

Holy cow, CleverName! You are RIGHT there. Sometimes I wish I was a guy too. My DH started working out and in a few weeks, lost 20 pounds. Jerks. Just kidding.

dstalksalot, wow. What does 140s feel like? I feel like you're a representative on the "other side".

Sum, you're still here though! No 160s for you. I know you'll be in woosh territory again before you know it.

VermontMom, good work changing your focus to your workouts and trying to not let the weight own you. You must be so strong!

Somehow I've managed to get back to 150.8. Work week goal: see the same or lower number by Friday.
