I went up this week (151.5) today...boo. Earlier in the week I was dealing with some pretty serious binge demons. However, for some reason yesterday and today I feel great! I feel skinny and cute - the heck to the scale. I'm obviously going to keep going to see the 140s, but its nice to experience this mental shift for a little while. Perhaps it's sort of a "fake it till you make it" kind of thing?
I had sushi out last night and scale jumped back to my beloved 158.6 pounds. I really can't shake that number On a positive side, it jumped to 158.6, not to 160
Hang in there, Sum. Gosh, remember when 160 was your reality? Not anymore.
Saturday 150.0, Sunday 148.7, and today 149.5! Whoa nelly. So exciting, but I'm not out of the woods yet. Plus, I'm not sure I'm emotionally ready to say goodbye to you guys.
Hey guys. Well, I think I'm officially moving to the 140s board. I weighed 149.5 again this morning, so after three days of being in the 140s I think it's safe to make the switch. Yikes. Mixed emotions! Hopefully I won't slip up and head back here, but if I do, I'm so glad to know that I'll have such a lovely, support group to reach to.
Good luck with your journeys! I hope to see you in the 140s board soon. Did you know that it's considered "featherweight"? Whaaa? I don't feel like a feather yet.
