Welcome Aspen!!! I'm SO happy to be out of the 160's too. I know I was higher than 161, but I refused to get on the scale for a while too. Then reality set in and I got busy!

Way to go Sum!!!

I'm 154.0 this morning - I snuck into the 153 range briefly yesterday, but I had a bigger dinner than normal last night so I'm happy where I am!

Have a good clean eating Saturday!!!

Randi, I'm with you. definitely can not wait until I am out of the 150s, 140s, and 130s or at least most of the 130s. I really hate what I allowed myself to become. Through my childhood I was always a skinny minny. In high school I was in the low 90s. I always wondered when I would hit triple digits. Well fast forward and now I wonder just why I did this to myself. Now is the time to change things and to positive things for myself.

We all can do this!!

WOO HOO Sum!!! Wtg!!! I haven't properly weighed in the last two day...

Aspen, you sound just like me!! I was 89 pounds (and always trying to gain) when I graduated from highschool and 98 a few years later when I got pregnant with my daughter. I settled in at about 110 after that for MANY years - it was healthy and looked good on me. I am curvy but very petite/fine boned. I would say in my mid 30's that all changed. It's been tough with my thyroid issues and additionally I have an autoimmune condition that necessitated high doses of prednisone for years. That did a number on me....

I'm intermittent fasting now. I LOVE it. I literally have trillions of "diet" books or "way of eating" type books. This just works and doesn't feel like I have to try. We've been naturally making a shift to healthier eating (my husband is a Chef) - cutting out a lot of meat from out diet. Still eating some chicken/ground turkey but can't remember the last time I had red meat. I LOVE LOVE LOVE veggies (and fruits) and I'm truly enjoying what i'm eating.

Another petite chick here. I was 96 pounds when I got married. Settled at 108-113 for years after my babies were born. -- I have very small bones, but I as well am curvy (my hips will never look boyish and I sport an E cup at the moment; at my skinniest C/D cup).

We can become petite chicks again!! I don't want to get down to 96 pounds, not even 108, but 115 would be nice

ETA: yup thyroid here as well...and I was thought to have lupus and was on Prednisone for a year. Soul sistah here! And I follow IF as well!!!!

lol Sum - We are body twinsies! I had D cups at 89 pounds. What a pain in the neck (literally)!! Nice woosh you had this morning!!

I'm at 154.

Had a rough couple days - ended up in the ER this weekend. Long story short I have mega silent reflux that kind of came out of nowhere. I'm going to have to assess my eating a bit - hoping I can continue intermittent fasting as it is working SO well for me!!

159.6 this morning so I'm joining everyone!! I hope to get out of here ASAP, but it will probably take a while as I have surgery in 7 days and I'll be out of commission for a few weeks after that.

153.2 I had lunch out at a Mexican restaurant. Even tho I did not gorge, I think I am carrying water weight from the chips and salsa and over all processed food.
