  • Woosh! 154.6 this morning! I allowed myself a (small) treat last night of Non-fat fro-yo with lots of yummy fruit on it! I must have had a premonition that was going to happen. Ha!
  • I haven't forgotten about this thread, just having a hard time seeing the scale go down. It goes down a bit, then up a bit again, rinse, repeat. I saw 149 one morning, did great that day, then the next day 152. Hate that. But I will keep on keepin on!

  • Joining in here. I was 158.6 this morning. I can not wait to say goodbye to the 150s. Right now though I am still worrying about those 160s and running from them. I think I will feel like I am fleeing until I hit 155 or so. I do not want to see them again...EVER.
