It would be lower, but I've been letting myself eat a bit more than usual the past few days - still low enough calorie to lose a bit, but not so low as it was. And there has been plenty of birthday cake and two steaks this week. I would feel guilty, but as well as losing 1.4lbs I've gained the knowledge of an embryo. I've a feeling that's really going to screw up my weight loss...
I have been off plan since the start of the month...I think some of this weight is water weight, so I am confident I can make it to 10 even though I am starting a bit late.
No progress to report here TOM, BUT I did not gain anything, which actually (I hope!) means I lost, but it does not show yet. When the TOM weight is gone, I hope to see the scale down by a pound or two. I still really need to speed this up if I want to achieve at least 5 pounds by the end of July!
Definitely no TOM excuse. I'll take the congratulations, but there's a fair bit of apprehensiveness too - I've lost four stone, I don't want to put it all back on!
Keeping at it no matter what the stupid scale says, but I won't lie and say I'm not utterly discouraged. Freaking .1 (POINT ONE) loss for the month so far. I better be getting a DARN HUGE WHOOSH here soon.
Erm... I seem to be going the wrong way lol, had way too much junk this weekend and now I'm paying for it. I'm just hoping it's mostly water weight from the salt. I'm back to it now and I'll see how much I can get off before next week.
