Thanks 5 days of sore muscles, LOL. I was up to 183, so.. whatevs. I did bounce down to 179.0 once, but then worked outside painting the deck in 101 degree heat that day so the next morning it was SO GONE. lol. Sigh.

Must keep going! It's only the 12th!!!

I am going to bite the bullet and get a new scale because it put me at 177.4 this morning then 178.6 then 178.4. PS I'm going to dye all of my hair FIRE RED. Scared but excited at the same time.

Woo hoo.

I took my new scale back and got an old school spring scale (good brand though, Homedics). I couldn't take the digital unreliability. I realize they aren't made to be stepped on and off of 5 times in a row, but I feel it should NOT give me a different number every time. I also feel like it should reflect a lower weight from fully clothed with full bladder to naked with empty bladder, especially when it reads to the .1, when it doesn't it drives me insane. I couldn't take it anymore!

The hair sounds exciting! Post a pic once you do it!

Steph- You took the scale back?! Well, I got the same thing you did (the WW scale with the horizontal stripes- it was the cheapest scale and I wanted a .1 lb increments, not .2. Now I don't know if I want to take it back because the new scale weighed me at 176.4 as soon as I got home, lol and old scale says 178.8. Whatcha think??

I'm off to do my hair. Wish me luck!!! I will post a pic afterwards.

Well after my initial LOVE of that scale (and I seriously DID love it, probably too much), I wanted to break it! It was driving me insane. I loved so many things about it, but it was seriously making me crazy!

I decided I'm getting TOO obsessed and that a spring scale would help with that. That's just me though!

Hmmm...I'm beginning to think of myself as a piece of marble and every .2 or .4 of a pound a chisel sliver that will one day reveal a masterpiece.

That took FOREVER for my hair! I probably am going to go a bit darker since this shade is a bit brighter than I like but I still like it.

Sorry about it being a bit big but I don't feel like resizing, etc.

177.5 this morning, I'll take it!

Jez, your comment completely cracked me up! So many times, especially in these last couple of weeks, when I've thought the very same thing. It's not that I struggle in this area, but I always know there is a down tick of the scale when I "succeed"!

lol Jez, how about some prunes?

amandie: I can't see the pic either.

I'm going to have to do my 'official' weigh in tomorrow instead of Monday since I'm headed to my sisters to do some visiting, I'll keep my fingers crossed that I'm going to make up for that 2 lb gain last week lol.

Instead of the 5 lbs to lose this month I've got to lose 7, I should probably just change my goal to the standard 10. I'll see how the scale treats me tomorrow haha.

We still have over 2 weeks left ladies! Lots of time to get those pounds off.

LOL @ poop comment but it's true! I usually count weigh-ins after #2s.
