I used to hold off on the weighing and the breakfast until after a nice long reading session on the loo. Unfortunately pregnancy seems to mean constipation. It also means no smoking and limited caffeine, which I've always found very useful for getting things moving down there. And it means having to eat more, which means more sitting around in my digestive tract waiting to come out. Sigh.

Probably should forget that goal weight for the month. But I'd still love to get below 196, just because then I'll be under 14 stone, even if only very very briefly. (Of course, what's more likely is I won't see under 14 stone for a year, and instead will suddenly and dramatically start gaining. Baby better be worth it!)
People think poop is gross and taboo and all that, but I think it's awesome. It makes my day better, and my mood better, and my weight better. Whatevs.

OH YAAAYYUHH, I'm gonna move along to the next challenge. Good luck, everyone!
I am getting frustrated with how slowly this going, especially at such a high weight. I am staying on plan and have added in a 30 minute walk 4-5 times a week. At least the scale is moving in the right direction. I would really like to be solidly below 270 by the end of July.
I weigh first thing after waking but that's always all over the place. Then I drink a glass of water, eat my breakfast, drink my coffee, take my poo, and then weigh myself before my shower and after. After the shower is always the lowest but I officially count the one before the shower, which is lower than the first in the morning weight.
Walker: I made my goal 5 lb this month, works better for me. I thought I had made it and could aim for a lower one but urgh with this heat/humidity I don't think next week's weigh in is going to be kind to me
