Sure, it's only 2.8lbs down since the start of the month. That's fine, since I'm pregnant and not really going all out on the losing at the moment. But 196 is fourteen stone exactly, and that's making me grin massively.

I'm very sad that it doesn't seem I will make it this month. I don't understand my body. It's very frustrating to hit a stall/slow down like this.
