2lb gain.....this month is not starting out too good. I'm thinking (or at least hoping) it's just TOM water retention. I'm going to keep on working and hopefully I'll see a whoosh with next week's weigh-in.

Going on 3 months since I last had a cycle. Going to the OB/GYN on next week. I'm only 45 years old!

ok, I finally caught up to my monthly start weight. I went on my river trip and sadly I have to admit I gained 6 lbs :(
I guess a lot of it was water weight, THANK GOD!
so I kicked my butt into high gear and got to my June start weight.
I'm just really thankful. But, not sure if I can make the 10 lbs this month.
Do you guys have any experience with that? were you able to get back on track for your monthly goal?

I did pretty well with food today the quantity could have been better but it wasn't too bad.

For breakfast I had 5 gluten free homemade chicken nuggets along with a bowl of strawberries.
For lunch I had a tuna wrap with spinich and tomato and a cup of soup

For dinner I had a small piece of poached haddock with a lot of veggies. I need to work on including more firberous foods and also increase my veggie intake. I think I need more balance right now and I am having difficulty finding it.

Thank for sharing what you eat i also ate a pickle last night and then felt bad about it because I want to stop eating at 6pm and I ate the pickel at 8 pm. No weight lost today

Today I have already ate:

3 boiled eggs
chopped onions
mustard

fish with salsa
sliced lemons (I love sour candy so this is my effort to compensate for it)
Lettuce (I made fish lettuce wraps)

1/2 a gallon of water
1 Pepsi zero

I also use myfitnesspal.com and it is free just google it.
I am at 649 calories
I have 761 left and I plan on eating a salad again from subway or home and tuna with viniger.

I am also going to zumba for an hour tonight so hopefully it will be a good weigh in in the AM.

I am hoping for a weight loss tomorrow morning when I get on the scale!!! I need to get out of the 200s. It has been a full year of moving up and down from 199 to 213. I am determined to keep it off and do it the right way without using diet pills or fad diets (I secretly want to do both to get faster results).:dust:

My husband brought me a multivitamin so I think this will help with my energy.:woops::bike2::exercise::strong::belly::ebi ke::workout::tread::swim::trampo::wl:

Finally past 183! For 3 weeks I've been in a horrible cycle of getting to 183-184 through the week, eating way off plan on the weekend, gaining astronomical amounts then spending the following week working it back off. Repeat. If I was trying to maintain, I'd be fine, but I still have another 40-50lbs before that happens. No off-plan eating this weekend!!!

I can't remember the last time I lost 3.5lbs in a week :carrot:

Plus I won $5 from my coworker for our weigh in today, had a mini challenge of 2lbs to lose this week.

Upping the exercise and continuing cooking at home next week. Hope to see 1.5 next Friday.

The scale looked great today, I am at 198 and I am so happy to be in onederland. I guess I should go t the gym to keep it going, I really want to sleep more. LOL I feel lazy!:yawn:
