Hey all! checking in...very close to the final date. Down 5 lbs, so probably won't get to the 10 i wanted but hopefully next month I can do it! I'll keep trying. Maybe i'll be able to get a lb in the next couple of days!

Can I ask what brand do you use? There's so many out there and I'm not rich enough to shell out on something that may not work, you know? I'm 26 and I'd like to start now, lol.

I guess calorie-counting while doing weight watchers wendie style must be working because 179.0 this am (although I saw 178.2 and 178.6 as well, scale is wackoooo)?! Yesterday was supposed to be my splurge day but saving that for Saturday instead since I'm going to a party.

I just brought Loreal eye anti aging cream and it was only $11. I am going to start today adn I will let you know how it works. You are doing a grat job losing weight. I am in Korea now and I plan on going back to weight watchers when I get home. It will help if I know I have to weigh in with someone other than myself. :dizzy:

Well I didn't lose 15lbs or even 10lbs but I am really happy I lost 6lbs. It is really nice to see the scale going steadily down. I am going to stay on track with what I have been doing and see if I can't reach that goal of 155lbs by the end of July!

I made it! 174 this morning. I honestly was very disappointed at the beginning of the week because I was no where close, so I buckled down this week (and got rid of an enormous amount of water I was retaining from poor food choices last weekend) and my body actually cooperated.

I did realize this month that I have to stop my month weight loss pattern. I ease up at the beginning of the month because I get it in my head that I have all month to get that 10lbs off, then stress and panic the last two weeks because I'm not where I need to be. For July, I'm really going to try to be more consistent through out the month. My mental health needs a break from my current pattern.

Looking through everyone's post, everyone did great this month. :carrot: Some months we make goal, some months we don't, but what counts is at the end of the month, we are still here, plugging away.

Ok so I think I am supposed to be depressed that I didn't come close to my goal but I was actually ecstatic to see 160 on the scale today. Just knowing that the 150s are right there. Plus I feel good about my month and how I stayed on plan. I didn't really have any bad days, even got through my TOM feeling good about my eating. I didn't lose any weight that week though but was sure I would have a big loss the next weigh in. Instead I was up six pounds. Yikes! I had been to camp with my daughter for three days and Had to eat whatever they fed us. I didn't think I had done horribly even though I had not been able to track my calories at all. Obviously I was wrong and it was an eye opener to me about how important the calorie counting is. So, ten days later I have shed those extra six pounds plus two more (I am sure a great deal of that was water) and know that I am in a good place even if I am far from the original goal. I am happy and I am making progress. It feels great. :). Now....on to July!
