CW:170 GW:155 My goal is 15lbs in the month of June. This is really my first month of putting real effort into losing weight so I am hoping for a big loss this month and then expect it to taper off in July. I will be happy with any loss really but I am aiming high so that I stay on track. I am planning on going to the gym 6 days a week a alternating resistance training with cardio intervals. For diet I am focusing on eating whole foods with lots of protein, veggies and lentils. |

I've really fallen off the wagon this year. It was my first year living away from home, and also my first year of University. :P Well, I'm hoping to shed quite a lot this summer so I can be looking smokin for my second year at PSU!

How are my new found forum peoples doing? I am ready to start this month off right. I am doing the scarsdale diet for two weeks and then going to the fit and trim for two weeks. This is the only diet that makes me feel full. Is anyone else doing it or has tried it? |

As long as I can keep my calories in control, I'm good. Working out is never my problem, lol... sigh. :lol: It's only 6/1! We have 30 days to get where we want to be. LETS GO!!! :D |

Last month was a wash for me; I started at 194 and ended at the same. Ten pounds this month is a bit of a pipe dream, but mostly I just want to get out of the 190s.
