ANYways.... SW: 184.8 CW: 184.2 GW: 170 I'm aiming high this month. I've done it before, I can do it again. I need to push push push myself. In reality, though, anything near 175ish would be great. As long as I can keep my calories in control, I'm good. Working out is never my problem, lol... sigh. :lol: It's only 6/1! We have 30 days to get where we want to be. LETS GO!!! :D |

Last month was a wash for me; I started at 194 and ended at the same. Ten pounds this month is a bit of a pipe dream, but mostly I just want to get out of the 190s.
