88.3 this morning. Better than what I expected based on how heavy I felt! Going to drink water like crazy and really focus on staying low-carb today.

I've lost 2 lbs! I am so excited! I have really been watching what I am eating and have been working out at least 2 days a week. I started the last week of May seriously trying to lose weight so I think I may be benefiting from it now. I am really hoping I can make my goal I think i can really tighten up my diet and if I do that the pounds will just start melting off.

Day 2 of telling what I ate today...

half of a banana
two carrots
1 grapefruit
3 cups of tea
a small bag of pretzels
tomatoes (cut with salt and pepper)
2 hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper
lemon wedges

Tonight I will eat:
two pieces of frozen fish
spinach
and I plan on drinking more water

**scarsdale diet ( I added the pretzels my self they are not on the list of to eat foods)

My eating is pretty spastic because I tend to sleep in really late and don't always want to make dinner so today would be an example of a bad food choice kind of day.

5 homemade gluten free chicken nuggets
a big bowl of strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar (first of the season!)

A turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread, light mayo, tomato, avocado, lettuce and 2 nitrate free turkey slices

A freezee (Ice pop? not sure what other people call them)

Cinnamon toast (so unhealthy but my BF bought bread and it is something I rarely eat so I indulge when bread is available)

I really wish there was a way for me to only buy 2 slices of bread at a time. It's silly but bread is my kryptonite along with sugar when the two are combined boy am I in trouble. I am going to try and resist the 1/2 loaf of bread for the rest of the week. I should also mention that I have trouble digesting wheat so I know I am overdoing it and that will likely result in a lot of tummy pain and bloating. Must resist the bread!

Walker- I was out today (Wednesday) getting my nails done and it ended up longer than expected so day was a bit screwed up.

Lunch- Spinach salad with chicken, tomatoes, olives, cukes, and some red wine vinegar from Subway. Also had some macaroni cheese leftovers from KFC when I got to a friend's since I was still a bit hungry. Can of cola too.

Dinner- Homemade ground beef stroganoff with lots of mushrooms & onions. Of course, two obligatory buttered dinner rolls to go with it.

Dessert/snack- 9 blocks of hershey's chocolate with almonds.

It is about 1500 calories in all. While I didn't do awful, I could have done better nutritionally speaking. No biggie since calories really only matter for fat loss. I'm totally gonna be up in weight for the next few days from the stroganoff due to using canned mushrooms and cream of mushroom in the sauce (sodium.) Worth it though!

Somehow I dropped 3 pounds overnight after bouncing around the 193-194 mark for over a month. I have no idea, but I'll take it.

TOM has caused this week to be a very slow one. Hoping for a whoosh here soon. Have stayed OP perfectly eating-wise, and even with my sprained ankle have kept doing every other exercise I can! I "feel" like I'm in the 180s already, hoping the scale will show that soon!

I am finding that changing my workout time to early morning instead of after work is helping me shed the lbs.
