I ate horribly all weekend and this morning the scale was up 7 lbs. I know that most of it is just water but it's still a bit discouraging. I'm going to work hard all week though and see what happens with my Friday weigh-in. I'm hoping I can at least get back down to where I was last week.

CW: 181.8 (-3) (woooooohoo!) GW: 170's (anything in them, solidly.) I'm proud to say that I'm only at 182.2 today, after an off plan Friday night. I didn't go past 1900 cals and it was pretty nice to have a little plate of nachos, LOL. Anyways, back on plan as of Saturday morning and my sodium-related water weight is on its way out, literally, ;) ... Hoping to be in the 170's THIS WEEK! I GOT THIS!!! :crossed: ;) Have a GREAT DAY everyone! It's only 6/11, we have PLENTY OF ON PLAN TIME! :D |

I've dropped 4 of the 7 lbs that I put on over the weekend. Hoping that these last 3 lbs are gone by tomorrow. I'm drinking plenty of water and tea so hopefully that'll flush out the water. I'm not giving up. Still hoping the 170s aren't too far away.

No change on the scale. Still at 178lbs. I hope the scales can give me at least a 1 lb loss. :'(
