I would like to join in. I can't get out of the 180's for nothing in this world. I have been going back and forth with 2 - 3 lbs. This is killing me. I have been weighing daily and I don't like the results. I was at 182 this morning and I am struggling to get those 3 lbs off so that I can be 179. Poor me. :'(

LAGreenEyes The 180s and 170's were really mean to me. I hope they treat you better. The 160's though flew off. So that was worth it. And by worth it I mean I was stuck there for like 6 months LOL
So I'm already down 5lb for the month of May. I don't know how but I guess it's because my plateau had to break through. I just hope the last 5 lb come off easy, and maybe I can lose more than 10 in the month! Here's to hoping! :carrot: && Volschika007 Onederland is an amazing feeling!!! Kandie, I'm with you. I'm pretty much where I started this month. After a cinco de mayo cheat this weekend ;(
Doing a juice fast now, not sure how long I can hang on. This is the second day though :) I feel good, not hungry at all, but of course I crave BAD things... Congrats to all losing!! Hopefully, I can catch up :) |
