I didn't make it this month :( I have no one to blame but myself. I spent way too many days off plan this month. I have kept with my 10lb per month average, but that's mostly because the last two months I've lost more than 10.
Final results: SW 190 CW 185 Still 5lbs, but for June, I'm going to have to get things back on track. I'd love to know where I could be had I stuck to my plan the full month instead of maybe 60% of the month. Shaking it off...moving on to June :carrot::carrot::carrot: |
So...I did not hit 10 lbs but I did lose 6 lbs. So I am comfortable with this. I did the scarsdale diet and the the fit trim and did not gain anything I lost back, but I did snack some and did only one 4 hour hike up the Gumi mountain in South Korea. This hurt my legs so I did not work out for 3 days and just started walking again. I am in for the July Challenge!!!
