Just got on the scale to see the damage that I thought I had done this ast weekend, but it is not as bad as I thought. The scarsdale diet is the way to go. The weight comes of quickly and then you also eat so you are not hungry.

New info:

Sw: 206
Cw: 200.86 (91.3 k because my scale is in K. I have to X it by 2.20)
Gw: 190

My Goals:
No food after 6pm
No soda
No candy or chips

So...I am so close but so far for the 10 pound weight lose goal. It is possible if I loose 2 more pounds this week to put me at 198 then 2 pounds next week to put me at the 196 I need. I think I shoud go for a jog and get out of the house. When I start to loose weight I always start slacking on the exercise part. **Iyakamae** I have the same problem.

Woohooo hit 271 this morning almost under the 270s Oooooo I cnt wait maybe i can make the 10lbs for.the month n if not its ok ill jst b happy being.under 270!!!!! :)

Congrats Amy!! You're right about doing it early which means you will probably lose even more by the end of the month. I know you must be proud of yourself. Keep up the good work.

Soooo...I'm still stuck at the same weight i was like 2 weeks ago. I've been working out a lot, though, so I'm hoping that part of it is gaining muscle/losing fat. There's no way I'll make 10 pounds this month but my goal is just to be under 200 finally
