Down to 87.3 this morning. Dragged myself to the gym for speedwalking, weighlifting and yoga. Just gotta keep my eating under control and I should be on my way down tomorrow, too!

Feeling pretty bad about my very small loss of .2 this week. I did great with the eating but hardly any exercise. I have to ramp up my exercise next week to hopefully see a bigger loss!!

Just checking in after my cheat meal, which I don't think I'll be having again for quite some time -- I blew up like a puffer-fish! All that fluid! Yech! Thank goodness it's gone now; it only took three bloody days!

BY SOME MIRACLE (or new calorie cycling and jogging routine) I have made it to my goal of 10lb for the month of May. I have broken through my plateau and had a crazy whoosh. I am aware though that I will probably have to work my big bum off to lose the last 10. Sigh. lol but yay?

Today is my first day on the Scarsdale Diet. It went really good. It is a two week diet that teaches you how to eat and then you follow a fit plan for the rest of the time and you choose your own items to eat. Today I ate:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit 1 cup of buckwheat tea with no sugar 1 slice of wheat bread Lunch: chicken breast sliced tommatoes Dinner:(My favorite) 2 pieces of Fish (frozen kind that is by Gorton's and is only 90 cal) A huge plate of salad (lett, tomm, onion, red peppers) I made my own dressing from mustard and lemon juice I am actually not hungry yet....It is still early.....I will be posting ,ore throughout the night if I am hungry and want to snack. Sw: 206 Cw: 204.6 Gw: 190 My Goals: No food after 6pm No soda No candy or chips |
