Good Lord... How long will I be in the upper 180's?!?! LOL.

Sigh. I lowered my cals.

Still at 186.. hoping to see 185 tomorrow and maybe still make my 'low 180's' goal by hitting 184 (ACK!) before the end of the month. I still have 6 days!

WE STILL HAVE SIX DAYS!! KEEP GOING!! :D

My weight did not budge this week. It was not the best week for me diet-wise but wasn't the worst either. I was hoping to at least lose a little bit.....Oh well, I'm going to keep working for these next 7 days and hope that I have a whoosh in the near future. I am dying to get out of the 180s.

I am HAPPY! Saw 183.6 this am. I thought I was gonna have to lower my calories or something but I guess TOM finally decided to say byebye to those 2lbs. I am really looking forward to 179 because that will be the lowest I have been in YEARS since I became an adult.

Walker- Good idea. I wouldn't have gone either.

Kate and Joy- You guys CAN do it. Like Kate said, still 6 more days!

LAGreenEyes- Don't beat yourself up too much but that's easier said than done because we are the most harshest critic when it comes to ourselves.

Losing 4.25 so far this month isn't bad at all, especially considering how I did last month. :lol: There's no way I'll lose over five pounds by my next weigh-in at the end of the month, but it's all good . . . I'm happy with any progress I'm making. :)

Thank you. And the thing is I WANTED all of the crap that I ate and had been devising a plan in mind for the longest. The plan was if I got below 180lbs (and I went down to 178.8), I would pig out because that would be my reward and if (I mean WHEN) I gained all of that weight back (5lbs or so), wouldn't be a big deal because I could lose it the same way I did the first time.

It's amazing what you make yourself believe. :mad:

SRT4852- I remember feeling that way a few times in the beginning when I was 226, only because I was still in the 200s. My real excitement began when I reached 199 and below so maybe that could be it for you or just an off day for you today? :hug: But seriously, you did FANTASTIC! If you keep the same rate of loss for next month (or 8lbs), you'll be in "One-derland"!

Meltaway- Even though you didn't make goal, you still did great! 5lbs down is awesome.

LAGreenEyes- I hate those mind games. Like you said, you can lose it again so just get back on track. Just an idea- reward yourself with something non-food next time? I know I do horribly if I plan a reward with food. :hug:
