I'm joining too! After an underwhelming April, I think May is going to be my month! Also because I just found out a few days ago that unbeknownst to me, I was actually a little low thyroid, and probably have been for quite some time. Hmmmm.... I'm guessing that is part of the reason for my killer plateau??!! :devil:
Anyhow: CW: 250 GW: 240 I can't wait for June 1st so I can hopefully see that number (or at least close to it!!!). That's my prepregnancy weight from 10 years ago... :carrot: |
OK, here are the morning's stats, with SW and CW the same since I mean "start" and "goal" for the challenge. 170.4 would be great. I'd be happy to lose even 5 pounds! Here we go.

ok So my weigh in on tuesday went well I lost 3.4 lbs....can I still count that as losing in May even though I weighed in on May 2nd? haha

Just saw this thread and I am in!
CW: 182.4 -This was a higher than previous days weight. Late night salty food last night. GW: 165.x (even 165.9 Ill be ecstatic) I know this is a VERY lofty goal. But this may is MY month to make it happen. April was a learning time of alot of false starts in weightloss and I am ready and I have a solid plan to make May incredible. Plus I get to buy new jeans when I get to 165, and doing so in June would be amazing. :) P.S. I know I am setting a crazy lofty goal and honestly if I lose 3 or 4 lbs in the month of June I will be happy. But since I am just getting started I felt its a good time to hope for big losses. |
For the last three days, my weight has been all over the place (and not in a good way). Fluctuating between kind of up and "whoa Nelly, how did that happen!" I've been sticking to my plan, exercising, just going through a phase. Not the way I want to begin the month, but I do still have the whole month ahead of me so I suppose I can deal with it :)
